Cycle Help?

Ok, so the guys anabolic forum has a complete list of cycles (for beginners on up) and I know chicks can't use that hardcore anabolic stuff... I was curious if anyone with the knowledge could layout a basic cycle for a female? If it has to be person specific, Im 5'8" 160bs. 14% bodyfat. I weight train am/pm 4+ times a week, and do at least an hour of cardio a day. My goals are to cut up and to gain lean muscle mass. Im thinkin along the lines of Anavar, Primo (oral) and clen w/ t3. There are many contradictory posts on amt's/cycle lengths. Any info would be greatly appreciated

What does your diet look like?
VERY clean... no sugary carbs (the most is maybe half a powerade after workouts with my creatine/glutamine) a few healthy complex carbs (oatmeal, yams, dark veggies, potatoes) and lots of protein (about 160 g/daily) For snacks I take low carb/high protein bars, peanuts, and veggies such as peas or asparagus. I drink about a gallon of water a day, and I supplement right now with ephedra, a good multivitamin, creatine/glutamine, and tons of protein shakes. Hope this helps :D

If you have anavar, that would be a good one to start with. 5 mg to start off with for at least a week, then you can up it from there. 10-15 mg/day would give you some great gains and be very minimal on the sides. I'd say run it at least 8 weeks, longer if you can, like 12-16.

If you can find Primo tabs than that would also be a good choice.

I'd stay away from t3, but that is just my opinion. It will burn fat, but it will burn just abount an equal amount of muscle. Plus you run the risk of messing up your own thyroid.

t3 works well, and ive never seen any literature that shows it to permanantly suppress thyroid function....however it will eat muscle as well...thats why we used anabolics simultaneously...maintain muscle on restricted cals...

so heres the thing, you cant gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, its one or the other, and steroids dont make you lose fat...they can help you maintain muscle while you diet

if you decide to drop some fat...basically drop your carbs

if you want to gain muscle you will have tocut back on the cardio...an hour a day you must have to eat like hell to maintain weight

My first goal IS to drop fat, and I've cut back to under 60g/day of carbs.... It's killing me! I do cardio at 1 hour a day; i shoot for two usually. I get a workout at work, but usually hit the weights once or twice a day. I still haven't lost a pound. You say I can't lose fat and gain muscle, but that seems to be my only answer to why I have worked out so hard and not lost any weight at all. I know the only true test is bodyfat %, but I need to wait until I think I've at least lost some bodyfat before I spend $25.00 on a test...
