Cycle is over, one week of pct so far and no loss of weight/strength...iz that normal

Finished my first cycle a 4 weeks ago (dbol/deca/sust), did some hcg at the end and have done a week of pct so far with clomid and nolva. I'm also keeping my eating the same as it was on cycle minus about 300 cals/day. I haven't lost any weight or strength, have had no depression/lethargy etc yet so I'm curious...how long after last jab do most guys start losing some of their gains???
My first cycle was a great success: big strength gains in all lifts and gained about 33lbs. Do some people actually keep all the gains they make on a cycle?

man thats gotta be nice. you will lose some. doing pct can help you keep more than if not done. everyones different.
 
If you do your PCT correctly, continue to eat well and just back off the heaviest weights a bit, you'll see that you won't loose very much. The whole key is to make sure you continue your PCT and don't stop early.
What does your PCT consist of?
 
my pct was the typical 300mg clomid and 20mg nolva day 1, 100mg/20mg day 2-11, and 50mg/20mg 12-21.
It's just a hunch, but I think my gains are sticking around good because I'm still eating big and still training heavy. My diet while on and off has been rock solid consistent as well as my workouts. I missed my first workout in 5 months a couple weeks ago from a sprained ankle (leg day).
I don't know if this was a factor or not, but I took 50mg prov ed during cycle so I never really got that bloated look or feeling. I'm sure I was carrying some extra water, but not a ton.

just keep watching the diet and keep it up in the gym and you probably won't lose much. but -- one thing to watch out for is overtraining now that you're off the juice. it's a good idea to scale back the workouts just a bit.
 
Nice job. You might want to consider continuing the clomid up until day 30. I'm a little older(42) and have always recovered better when I ran the Clomid and Nolva together until day 30.

Try not to buy into the "Crash Theory" as psychologically it can affect you once you go off. For the most part, people only crash when the skip PCT entirely or don't do it correctly.

If you continue to do your PCT correctly you'll loose water weight and some strength but you can keep most of your gains.Make sure you continue to take in plenty of protein.
