Cycle length for TB-500 BPC-157 stack?

I'm recovering from a broken leg, have discomfort in my left knee, and tore my rotator cuff two years ago. Research suggested these peptides can help speed healing and recovery so I started a cycle of 2.5 mg TB 2x pw and 250 mcg BPC 2x pd. What is the recommended cycle length, dosages, etc? I have some Test E and am considering a cycle once I'm in the strength training phase of recovery from the leg, probably in about a month. Thoughts?

Healing peptides are best used until they are not needed. Meaning, that once you hit a satisfactory recovery and the results from the peptides are negligible, stop and spend the money elsewhere.

I used 500-1000mcg/day for bpc157 and 500mcg/day for tb4. Was great for some injuries, not so great for others.

I doubt healing factors downregulate so you probably don't need to worry about cycling BPC or TB.

Your dosages sound pretty on point with what I've read before on use. The doses are in line with when I used BPC for some elbow tendinopathy which was resolved within a month of daily use.

Your recovery probably won't be sped up considerably vs taking nothing for a broken leg but might improve healing response overall so I'd personally still run them. Without knowing more about your shoulder I can't comment on whether these compounds will make much difference.

I used a bottle of BPC-T500 blend, which cost me $115, and I didn't notice anything. I took it to see if it would get rid of my nagging elbow soreness. Perhaps since it wasn't an injury, it doesn't help with those things, but you'd think it would.

I finished the bottle in a few weeks, so this is certainly an expensive way to heal injuries.

I have enough on hand for about five weeks. If I don't notice any improvements by then I won't spend any more money.

Thanks for the comments.

A blend of those two compounds is not very effective imho because the dosing of BPC-157 is no where even close to the effective dosing of TB-500 so with a blend it is impossible to achieve effective doses
You may want to try it again at some point with the compounds separate and using the effective dose for each compound

That's a good point, but would these compounds even "heal" an elbow that is just being overworked? I switched a few exercises around and that nagging elbow soreness is going away on its own. I'm sure everyone on this board knows what I'm talking about.

I have had it heal a chronic injury above my knee and a chest strain but I have an area near my elbow in my forearm that just won’t seem to heal so I hear you on that. It doesn’t keep me from any exercises but it can be painful at times. For some injuries it is more effective than anything I’ve ever tried but for this one area it’s not sufficient. I’m not sure why that is.
