Hey y’all,

Experience with the following compounds: Test c/e/prop/phenylprop/u, primo a/e, var, superdrol, tren a, epistane, nandrolone pp/deca, mast e, DHB, tbol
Sadly I was an absolute idiot prior so I do not have much to show for all this drug usage. I had a major addiction to opioids and ended up having multiple seizures, hospitalization and damaged relationships. I’ve been on TRT 120mg/wk for the last 2 years, being clean for the last 8 months. This includes all drugs excluding hormones, caffeine and nicotine (I use pouches at work and pre workout)

Current stats
198lbs, 5’11, 13-14% body fat (will do a dexa scan 2/13, my last dexa was 9/6/23 showing 200lbs 14.5% body fat. For those not in the know (which I’m sure if very few of you) dexa usually is higher than other BF measuring systems. My body fat feels roughly similar if not a little less than in September.

Cycle
Last bloods for 150mg test, 600 hcg a week was 1200 peak and 85 e2. Only estro side I had was low libido and soft erections so I added 12.5 aromasin divided in half for 2 doses a week.
Current cycle
400mg test c, 400mg primo e, 600 hcg, 25mg var on workout days. Will go 8 weeks for the var depending on week 6 bloods. I am dropping the aromasin since primo brings my E2 down.
I plan on going for 12-16 weeks bloods dependent. I will draw bloods on 6, 12, and 16.
This is week 1. I am using all Stan’s gear. If E2 is over 40 I will increase the primo based on how high it is.

Training
I use knees over toes guy’s hypertrophy program with supplemental traditional bodybuilding work. I’ve found the KOT guys workouts to be extremely beneficial in making up muscles neglected in traditional bodybuilding. Definitely a lot less pains and a notable increase in strength in the core compound exercises. I don’t plan on tracking it here but I will update noticeable changes.
I do 5 training days with 20m cardio after, 1 recovery day and 1 off day. Workouts are usually 90m.
I will be experimenting with Stan’s dragons blood preworkout.

Diet
3250 kcal with 220 protein and the rest carbs/fats with carbs higher in workout days, and fats higher rest days.
My goal is to get body fat under 10% while trying to maintain body weight. The “recomp”, but mostly focused on cutting.
My job requires for me to stay under 200lbs due to vehicle restrictions.


I will be trying to update weekly on notes, sides, effects, strength or body composition changes.

So far I’ve noticed more energy and stronger erections! Strength gains have been coming along for the last few weeks but mostly due to the KOT program where I am doing novel exercises to me so it’s no surprise.

Hey man - first of all congratulations on getting sober. Hopefully bodybuilding will be a good outlet to keep you that way.

As far as the cycle goes I don’t see anything wrong with it. I’m a big fan of just test and primo cycles so I’m all about that for sure. I would have maybe started a little lower than that and titrated up over time, however it does look like you have it planned out to be a rather short cycle so nothing wrong with that.

If it were me personally I would just take the total mg weekly load from the anavar and add it to the test and primo. That however is just personal preference, I’m not a huge fan of orals outside of competition prep. My reasoning behind it would be to keep my blood markers in a better range and that way I could lengthen the cycle as I do think a mild dose of test and primo can bring you great results without impacting your health markers and you could milk the cycle for a bit longer and overall create more tissue that your body will actually retain.

Again that’s just what I would do and my preference.

How closely / strictly does your job monitor your body weight to keep you under that 200lb mark?

If it were me I probably would have initiated a weight loss phase to get the body weight down below 198 (since you’re 2 lbs from your cut off weight) and then that would give you more wiggle room to push up with the cycle as you will be gaining weight from nitrogen retention etc before any tissue growth even occurs. But there’s no point really discussing that as you’ve already started.

Hopefully there is some wiggle room with your 200lb limit. But who knows maybe since this is your first cycle in a while you can rake up some easy recomp
