little update once again

deload week cause i was goin nonstop gor last 15 weeks, felt like broken toy, elbows were in pain during warmup sets, i wasnt recovering on time etc. body needs a break from time to time.

i will do blood & urine test during this deload, i wanna check mainly kidneys.

aaanyway, accutane is workin. my acne is gettin better every day, some pimples get red every day and then closing. for 6 months course i should tske it until mid june this year.
sides are... well, im very very dry. spamming lip balsam multiple times per day and still my lips are cracked and bloody. also my face is suuper dry and i have exces desd dry skin around nose and mustache/beard. not ideal... but i guess thats the price

morning fasted weight is 83kg, this is near the end of week 3 and so far im 8kg down, not bad. gettin leaner every day. ive attached few pics, one is after trainin, others are random mirror ones.

when i pull the skin down on my stomach i can see abs clearly, with some veins around. lot of definition on legs when flexed, lot of veins all over when flexed or in gym. not much outside of that cause of no carbs.

i expect that i need to go down to 76-77kg maybe to be around 10%, if someone has good eye, feel free to comment on that.

rn im very close to bf% i achieved during summer and lowest ive been is 76kg so ive gained some muscle.

aaanyway, rn im tryin to relax. lot of work and stress, deload week helps a lot. hopefully labs will be ok and i can add bit of mast or var or something.

lipids will be far from ideal. i raised statin to 10mg daily so ldl should be bit down, hopefully. but hdl is... well was...

liver should be ok also, curious about hba1c. fasted blood sugar & insulin should be low on tirz and almost no carbs as well.

hormonal panel will be all over. but thats expected.

big question mark is kidney health. honestly im bit nervous about that. i cant undo dmg but not sure where that dmg would come from. again, ive never seen bp higher than 120/70...

anyway. will see.

for sure. 2-3 days with high carbs & salt & water and i will inflate like baloon :D

honestly i like this look. bit bigger in size than last time, i feel very good and kind of "light", no bloat, water retention etc.

i would like to try add mast e at low-ish dose, that should make it look better

i have booked wellness weekend in mountains mid march, i wanna look crispy and tanned by that time :D

thanks mate. this is 4th week and after that i wanna do refeed with carbs and keep fats low. basicly add rice to chicken to reset metabolism.

hopefully everything will be ok, i was at lab today. morning urine was almost clean like water, no foam etc. will see, i will upload results.

urine results seem good, especially considering the scare with the elevated CysC you had earlier
also up you magnesium. I missed mine for a few days and I am cramping like a bitch

i drink all the water all the time so .. that could be improved.

What kind of magnesium powder do you have? I mix my magnesium powder in my morning electrolyte drink mix. I add a little crystal light and it's OK tasting ,my mix is , sodium citrate, potassium chloride, magnesium glycinate in 16 ounces of water, I drink that first thing in the morning then I chase it with another 16 ounces of water for a total of 32 ounces first thing in the morning , electrolytes included.

mag. glycinate, its just tasting horrible togeather with potassium ... i have flavoured electrolytes + added ionized salt (i think thats correct term?) in 0,5l of water and also wash it down with another one of plain water, sometimes bit more. makes big difference imo, most people are not hydrated for days, i couldnt...

anyway, i will cap my mag. and have some each morning and before bed.
i regularly add salt to water during the day, same with training water.

for future i wanna experiment with liquid carbs during workout, maybe it will help a bit.
 
i wanna talk about trainin a bit, probably i will split it into multiple posts.

currently, i do PPL / R / PP / R, thats for whole week. so high frequency. low volume and high intensity with one all out set to failure, either assisted, with dropset or rest pause. that wont change until next growth phase. i enjoy this style of training quite a bit, takes lot of mental suffering to achieve muscle failure on some movements but i get lot of dopamine from it.

i had an idea to change my split and program it better to my goals/needs.
its all in planning phase, im bit on crossroad cause this current plan works great but what if i could do better...

option is high volume bro split but im not sure if i will like that style...

second one is hybrid PPL. i was thinkin how to do it with enough rest and pushing areas that are lagging.

i need to work on chest, figure out better way. i struggle with it big time, weak mind muscle connection and i camt contract chest very well. front delts and tricep are takin over on pressing movements (fncline db press, hammer incline press).

then big one are glutes. very small, i dont train them that much and it looks like that...
then abs/core training which was bit hard to do with current split, lack of energy at the end always

also, i would like to have separate armday. one, for "fun and deload" workout once per week and i think i could work on them better this way.
 
so my idea is something like:

Monday
push, higher volume for chest, side & rear delts and tricep. Preexhaust chest with hugh volume flies and and cables, then do pressing movements.
I will need to lower the weight on pressing movements and dont train to failure but it could help with pushing through chest.
Overall it would be higher volume pushday compared to current style

Thuesday
Pull. High volume, hugh intensity pullday. Back is progressing very fast, i feel it very well and its one of my stronger points. With reduced frequency to just once per week i could add more excercises/sets and do one excercise for bicep at the end. 1-3 heavy sets only.
I wanna add rack pulls for upper & mid traps and spinal errectors. it could improve my posture also.
Other than that, pullover machine, pulldown with wide & narow underhand grip to fry lats as much as possible, 2-3 variations of rows. Im not sure how much i could do but with back training every 7 days i should be able to recover from quite hard season.

Wednesday
Legs. No need to change anything very much there, they grow, they are plenty big. I would only add more glutes.

Thurstday
Rest

Friday
Chest + abs, goal would be to repeat high volume chest training. With high frequency and high volume, intensity has to go down.
I hope that with this "style" i could get more chest development
As for abs/core, i should have plenty of

Saturday

Full body pull (Hamstrings, back)+triceps
to keep my arms ahead of my other bodyparts, and it works so incredibly well. simpler and better than my previous PPL, U/L and other splits.
sequencing is also easier because you have a higher number of similar training days so you can dial it in a bit quicker.

this way i hit muscle groups a bit above 2x/week
plus you get more than just 1 pump out of a workout, so your preWO orals + injectables dont go to waste on just 1 muscle group

helps me get the most out of my 1x/month Sdrol usage, pumps feel unreal. Strength also goes up significantly

yea i dont have radioactive salt... sometimes spelling isnt good.

will see about training, i need to rethink it few times and look what people are doin around.

im not sure if removing one pull day would hurt or not...

insulin, i dont wanna dabble with that. no need... i would like to try it one day as preworkout but naah...
i have some glucose powder that i havent used yet (i have bottle of honey), i need to check what kind is it. it could work, tho ive read that peope have stomach issues with it

This will be my personal log from this first blast, as i dont wanna spam Ben's thread too much. Mixture of my notes, rants, hopefully random spam and i would like to reflect in future from my experiences.

I will try make some structure in here but it will be messy probably for while.

Traning is push/pull/legs/push/pull/rest/rest
One day can be switched to rest and training will be done on saturday instead, sunday is always rest.

I (sometimes) count working sets per week, this first blast my focus will be in chest and lats as they need most improvement imo.

So for these, i aim at around 20-22 sets per week split into 2 workouts.

Kcal's i dont measure, eating mostly dry air fried chicken, rice, curd with honey/jam, i like morning shakes with milk and whey, pasta.
Sometimes i have cheat meal but i dont have huge variation in food i eat cause i cant cook and can eat mostly same stuff over and over again.
I aim for around 180-200g protein per day.

So, long story short, after deload week:

23.1.25
First 2,5mg shot of tirz

27.1.25
First shot of 150mg test, 2x per week - 300mg weekly

For next 3 weeks, tirz at 2,5mg, test at 300mg.

20.2.25
Stopped with tirz after 5mg shot week before - couldnt eat for few days, bit of nausea. had to force protein shakes. After this mini cut, my morning fasted weight was 80kg.

24.2.25
Did bloodwork before shot, then bump
to 500mg / week in 2 shots.

Bloods on 300mg weekly:
Test 47.07 nmol/l OR 1357 ng/dl
Estradiol 187.6 pmol/l OR 51.09 pg/ml

No AI so far. I would say, from this first blood test, im below average responder and not aromatizing heavily. I expected esteogen much higher (im srill fat by BB standards)

Popped 1/4 of 25mg aromasin pill, dosing on pin days, 2x weekly, in total 12,5mg weekly.
Wanted to experiment (i should have waited until bloods from 500mg alone... pity) and i was bloated and watery all the time, no matter what i ate.

im at week 8, week 4 of eating in surpluss, im 11kg heavier (morning fasted 91kg) and not much fatter i would say. i will push it probably till week 16.

second week with ai on 500mg / week and im without emotions suddenly. i feel flat, my mood is "okay" most of the time, not much excitement, bit more short fused, much less bloated and overall, people around me dont like this but i do.

normally, i have very low EQ and im not empathic person at all but now its all switched off. its weird but i like it more this way, feels safer, more predictable. its interesting but i would say this is first time that im aware of hormonal rollercoster.

bloods will be drawn 31.3, until then i have to go by feel with AI, started with 1/4 of aromasin tab 2x per week, on pin days. if i had to go by feels, i think its more than enough but numbers will tell...

anyway, feeling strong, hungry, lot of energy in gym, good focus, bit worse sleep (im hungry until late night and too early in morning).

im not mentally that horny anymore (thats +) but i have strong errections without any impulse (thats -). i lost ability to cum from jerking off 95% of time which is weird. i would prefer "deca dick", or no libido and errections tbh... this is weird.

anyway, in next 8 weeks i would
like to push another 5kg max and then cruise, probably on 200mg starting dose.
i will maintain for 4 weeks and then cut until im happy.
