Acne Without Whitehead

Anyone here have any recommendations for helping get rid of that deep lump acne without a white head? Like red or purple almost like cysts under the skin but not actual cysts? I have some on my neck and upper rear delts and traps. Been trying 10% benzyl cream but it hasn’t done shit. I have

Adapalene 0.1% USP Gel on its way.​

Estrogen is in range at 25.7. DHT is 53.

Anything topical won't work. Ur only real option is Accutane/isotretinoin for cystic acne. You can try antibiotics, but usually has minimal effect.
Ur acne is caused by your increased testosterone/androgens which stimulates sebaceous glands to produce excess oil which is getting trapped.

Isn't Accutane really hard on the liver and kidneys? I’m not closed off to trying anything. Should I return that retinoid shit I just bought lmao?

only thing that helps is accutane and keeping your hormones stable, and coming off of anything you think is causing it, not worth the gains

I've read one or two 6 month courses of Accutane can permanently cure acne in a lot of cases.

Has this worked permanently for anyone with steroid induced acne?

I suspect a permanent cure isn't for the steroid induced type, but I'd like to know if it's worth a try given the nasty sides or just stick to Doxycycline, which is effective and no sides but temporary.

Jut checked it out man thank you! Seeing a dermatologist soon my acne isn’t severe in the slightest it just drives me nuts. Prob will ask for acutane script

I’m only on 300mg cyp and 2iu GH EOD so nothing to come off of really lol. Will see if I can get a script for some

Nah test is 3 days a week test cyp and ai is 3 times a week. Anastrazole so half life is very long not like Asin in that nature. My e2 is money so I know it isn't estrogen related that’s causing it.

I mean my e2 sensitive is 25.7

I get what you’re saying though. Idk a better way to dose it. My pills are Pharma and tiny guess I could try cutting into quarters and half that would be daily 6 days a week
