Cycle Log - Bulk cycle

So I've been on the fence about whether or not I would run a cycle log. But I've decided to go for it; "Practice what you preach"! So here it goes.

10 week cycle
Test C wks 1 - 10 (750wk)
Deca wks 1 - 10 (400wk)
Adrol wks 1 - 4 (100mg day)
Adex .25mg EOD

1st pin was yesterday.

That's it for this cycle, pretty simple but this style cycle has always put 20 - 30lbs on me so hopefully it will this time. When bulking I don't watch carbs or calories, I just make sure to eat every 2 hours and make sure I take in plenty of protein. I do watch my red meat intake and try to make sure I eat fish at least twice a week. Lots of vegies every day and lots of nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)

I will do my best to get bloodwork done mid-cycle, I've already had blood work done about 5 months ago (give or take). Since it's a pain in the ass and a long drive for me to get it done I'm not going to commit but I will do my best!

I do have some Tren and I could add it to this cycle, but I've never run Tren so I'm a little nervous and I was thinking of running it with Test alone later in the year or maybe even next year. Any input is welcome :).
 
That is a cycle like i would choose. I don't get along well with tren sides. Test and deca though work just fine, and as you said it's a tried and true formula. Good luck and i hope you get that bloodwork at week 5. Self-serving i suppose, but it will be a good data point for mine that might be along a few weeks later.

I've been really considering the Tren. I've just never ran Tren so I'm unsure if the sides will be bad for me or not. Only one way to find out! I think I will go for it but not until after I drop the Adrol. So weeks 5 - 10. Does that sound good?
 
You can run your cycle many different ways. I would do test to deca ratio 2:1. 500/300 or 300/500. Personally I would stop deca 2-3 weeks before the test. By lowering your test dose, you can run you cycle a little longer IF you're planning to run deca & tren at two different times.

Ex
Test c 300 (wk 1-16)
Deca 500 (wk 1-10)
Tren 400 (wk 7-16)
Adrol at the beginning or end at whatever dose you choose.

This way you're on tren for 10 weeks, deca for 10 weeks and both 4 weeks.

Tren will make you irritated and a little angry. Consider upping your fat intake on this cycle...for hormonal balance.

I plan on doing another cycle like yours

That is exactly what I was considering as my other option. Except I was going to run the Test higher than the Deca, only because I usually get deca dick if my test isn't up high (500 + a wk).

Ex.

The angry part is what I was worried about, I plan on taking my kids on a vacation this summer to a big vacation spot. So I will have to interact with many people I already know will piss me off. I'd like to be off gear completely and maybe only on PCT when we leave for the trip. I don't want to end up on the news for smashing some a-holes face in ;)

I've noticed since I changed my diet (no carbs and lots of fats) my anger has gone down a lot. Try that 1st for a few weeks to see how it goes.

My kid dropped a hot dog with ketchup all over the car this past Sunday....I was like "whah, it's okay kid" I never would have been that cool & calm before... I Contribute it to my diet.
 
Like your second cycle choice. Bout to start my first deca cycle myself, but i fucking love tren! As far as anger goes i have no issues as long as i keep it in my head. Im nicer to my family but it is more difficult when random ppl piss me off, hell maybe its the same lol

Yeah, I'm going to roll with the second one. I hope that I don't run into any anger issues, any other sides that come along with it I can deal with. But I already have an anger problem and I've been in anger management a few times. I've learned that sometimes I just need to bite my lip and walk away. I just keep telling myself to "shut up and stay quiet", it usually works but sometimes I just blow my top!

My kids actually don't make me that mad, even when they are really bad I don't seem to get mad at them. Not sure why. The other day my youngest boy got ahold of a pen and drew all over my new micro suede sofa. I just asked him if he was supposed to draw on furniture, he said "I don't know". So I told him he couldn't and then put him in time out, then I spent 2 hours scrubbing my sofa to get the ink out! Gotta love kids :)

Standing barbell curls
15reps @ 45

Preacher curls
12reps @ 65 (2 sets)

Seated Dubbell curls
10reps @ 30
10reps @ 40 (2 sets)

Hanging Leg raises (2 sets of 15 reps)
Hanging Leg raises w/10lb dumbbell (2 sets 10 reps)

Elevated sit ups 45 degree angle ( 4 sets of 15 reps)

Rope crunch's (4 sets of 20 reps) 100lb weight setting


That's it for today, it is my fill day. I'm on day 5 of my 5-6 workout cycle, I may take tomorrow off but if I'm feeling good (and I wake up on time) I will head in early tomorrow AM and do back.
 
If you have enough, I would just start the tren from the start. No real reason to wait till after the drol, just me though.

I thought about this also, but I decided not to run the Tren until later in the cycle due to running to many compounds at once. I also wanted the Test to hit my system before I started the Tren also. Being my first run with it I'm just trying to get a feel for it. It's mainly a personal preference but I don't like to run more than 3 compounds at any given time.

That was all I had in me. I'm feeling the Adrol but the strength hasn't started climbing yet, still early for that. But I definetly feel it. I'll be taking tomorrow off and hitting shoulders & tri's on Sat.

Good call on the tren at the end. I would run your plan two exactly as is.... gives six weeks for deca to clear before pct and tren at the end will lean you out and help solidify gains. You also avoid running 2 19nor compounds together- some bro lore label that an issue.

Subbed- our lifts are similar totals. Excited to see changes and awesome you are running a log!
