Honestly it varies from day to day. But below is what I had yesterday. Pretty much the same deal every day just a little different meals.

6:30 am Protein / weight gainer shake, (1) Banana
10:00 am Peanut butter & jelly sandwich, (1) Red apple
12:00 pm Ham sandwich w/wheat bread, mayo, mustard, lettuce, a pickle w/ Doritos & a coke
3:00 pm granola bar & mozzarella stick
5:00 pm BBQ chicken, broccoli, salad w/ ranch dressing & rice-a-roni w/grated cheese sprinkled on top (mmmmm good!)
7:00 pm Protein shake

your BP doesn't mean you have to stop your cycle. could be a number of things your doing wrong to get it raised. like your diet. you do what you want it is your body, but I don't think it is from the AAS.

Half agree.. The "high" BP doesn't mean he should stop the cycle but I'm sure the AAS have been playing a big part in it being raised..

I've been watching my sodium intake for a week now. I realize that most of the processed foods I/we eat are full of sodium, but I don't add salt to any of my foods while cooking.

The thing that I am so confused about is why is it that before I started my cycle my BP was exactly where it should be and now it is extremely high? I just don't get that??

I didn't change my diet a lot when I started my cycle. Yes, I eat a lot more food. Example: for dinner I will eat 2 or even 3 chicken breasts with my meal instead of my normal 1-1/2.
But that wouldn't explain the drastic increase in BP would it? The only other variable that I can find is the AAS.

Update:
Went and saw the doctor regarding the BP issues. She knew right away that I was running gear, but when she asked me I just smiled and said "No". Of course she knew I was full of shit but she let it ride. She asked me if I was taking anything in addition to the Test. I told her that "IF I was using Test then I would also use Arimidex to keep my estrogen levels down" She immediately responded with "Well IF you used Arimidex it would most likely cause the spike in BP that you are seeing now."

Long story short, she recommended that I stop all use of Test & Arimidex to get my body back to normal as quickly as possible. She also said I need to watch my salt intake (which has been brought to my attention already) and do more cardio. She also asked for blood work to be done and I said I would do it for her. But I lied and I have no intention of getting labs done for her at this time.

I have been watching my sodium intake much more diligently in the past 4 days, because as @HuckingFuge pointed out I was not being as diligent as I thought. Turns out everything we eat has a shit ton of sodium in it! It is very difficult to not eat a lot of sodium. So I've been snacking on mozzarella sticks, carrots, cauliflower to try and avoid eating all of the sodium filled shit that is out there. I've also cut out all table salt on my food and I have been avoiding processed foods.

I'll be checking my BP tonight and hoping that it is moving down!
