Felt pretty shitty all day after not getting much sleep last night between sweating and my girlfriend not shutting the fuck up, couple that with a long day of meetings at work and not enough time to eat a real lunch, yeah it sucked. Got some Back work in. I've been focusing a lot more on my lats recently, that's why a lot of the workout is lat heavy. -

Not thrilled with my output today, but I got the work in. I very rarely deadlift because my knee's aren't in great shape. I'll do it now and then when I feel up to it, but I never go all that heavy. I know how people feel about deadlifting and how important it is, but I'd rather be able to walk than do a deadlift. I'm not all that worried about my strength either, just trying to work on my aesthetic, but yeah, I get why I should be deadlifting more often. I'm going to start throwing in a few light sets to start off with and see how I feel. It's been a couple of months since I last did the movement, hopefully my knee's have gotten stronger.

I'll be pinning tomorrow, but won't be able to work out. We have some people from out of town coming in for work, I'm having a dinner meeting with them, then they want to go out to bars for the rest of the night. So i'm playing tour guide/designated driver for the night. Oh well. It's good to take a day off here and there. I haven't had an off day in 3 and half weeks or so, so I guess I'm due for one anyway.

I put the AC on 68, and slept nude with only a really thin sheet, it helped a lot. My girl hated me for it, but whatever, she'll get over it.

I'm really surprised, i definitely "feel" the tren already. I've been test or test and npp, for several months straight. several days into tren and I already feel pretty different. It's interesting.

The sides seem to subside a fair amount once my blood levels out. Atleast for me anyhow.

If she hates you now shes really gonna hate what it does to your sex drive. Shit makes me a complete mad man in bed. After hours when i finish i want to stick back in and keep going like i havent had enough. And you will also have much dirtier thoughts. In my experience.

It also wasn't as bad because I made sure to not get any carbs in within 8 hours of sleeping. As soon as I eat carbs I start feeling hot and get damp. more so than usual.

I pinned it this morning, so we'll see how tonight goes. I'm not going to adjust dose until I've been on for at least 2 weeks, and at most I'll up it to 320mg, 80mg 4x a week

Lol, she likes the sex, I'm literally hard all day right now. My ai is dialed in, that's always the most telling sign other than bloodwork for me. She hates how cold I keep the room, she's a southern girl, she likes it hot all the time.

The sex has been more aggressive though, much more plowing and anger, which she likes so far, it just takes forever for me to finish sometimes and I get tired and so sweaty I just stop and start up again later when I catch my breath
 
Trying to get through this work day and hit the gym in a few hours to do shoulders.

The tren really has me feeling some type of way. The compounds and doses I'm running, including ancillaries/orals, I've run all together before. Only difference being tren, and fuck, it's a big difference.

As soon as I'm done eating any carbs at all, I'm damp and beading sweat on my bald ass head. I'm not angry, I'm actually more feeling this weird anxiety/sadness , i can't explain it. It's just weird.

It really hit me yesterday, so we'll see how the workout tonight goes. I definitely already see some new veins in my arms which is nice.

I'm update the workout stuff after the fact later tonight.
 
Did Shoulders today, best workout of the week so far, not even close. I'm really trying to focus on my traps, so that's why it's trap heavy if you were wondering. My traps were severely lacking and finally almost catching up to the rest of my shoulders.

IDK, the anadrol and caffeine pills I take as a PWO hit me right as I walked in, and I just flew through it today. I had no idea I was working this fast. Everything I wanted to use was free, even at peak hours at a busy gym. I had a great pump the entire workout, never took a break longer than a 45 seconds - 1 minute, and that was just to set up for the next exercise.

I like to get a good sweat going and get my heart rate up and keep it up the entire time. If i'm not drenched in sweat at the end of the workout and have a pretty good pump going, I know I didn't do enough, especially on shoulder day.

Pinning again tomorrow morning and hitting up Arms and I might double up and hit legs also, not sure yet. If not I'll hit my legs on Saturday.

Pinned yesterday morning before work and then did Arms last night. Upped my dose of Adrol to 100mg as I got some new liver support in so I figured why not.

I had a pretty good workout for how long a day I had. An extra long day at work with meetings that ended way after normal end of day and my girlfriend also demanding to come work out with me weren't ideal, but I got the work in at least and I'm really pleased with my rep count and pump for the day.

My Triceps have been lacking recently in terms of strength and it's been fucking with my bench and OHP numbers, so I need to start adding some more in. But, with the girl there with me, it wasn't going to happen. She was exhausted and her arms were tight as shit. I give her credit though, she kept up and did all the same exercises and pretty much kept the same rep count, and more importantly kept the pace up with me. She isn't particularly strong, so the weights were really light, but still, I'll give it to her on this one.

I clearly do a lot of Drops and Supers on Arm day to try to get as much of a pump as possible. It's been working well for me over the last 2 months or so since I started doing this. My arms are noticeably bigger. My Biceps were really lacking for a long time and I felt shitty about them. Starting next week, I think I'm going to adjust the Tricep workout to match the intensity of the Bicep workout. My issue is that doing any DB work for triceps like kickbacks or overhead extensions really fuck with my left elbow. I try to do as much work on the close grip bench to get my strength work in there. I could do more reps of 225, but my elbow just starts to ache and I have to rack it. If anybody has any exercises that work well for them on triceps please throw me a few ideas, I'm willing to try whatever at this point just to switch it up and get my triceps up to speed in terms of matching my shoulder and chest strength.
 
Hit Legs yesterday. I try to go easy on my knees and avoid stuff that make them ache. I also have a little bit of a rough time the next day (today), but there are times where I have to cut the workout short. I was able to power through the entire workout though. I've found leg placements and exercises that don't bother me all that much and I can still go relatively heavy. Squatting is just out of the question right now, and might be for some time. I tried yesterday, I won't even add that into my rep count. It just isn't going to work yet, and maybe not worth ever trying again.

Overall I'm happy with my workout. The sign of any great leg day is when you can't walk down the stairs to the parking lot, and this was one of those days. My knees, especially my left knee, feel absolutely crushed right now. I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning and standing up. It feels much better now after some stretching but, I think I'll skip the straight leg DL next time. I try to add it in sometimes, but it's really just not worth the pain anymore. It took me a while to figure out a good foot placement on Leg Press and the Hack's to not put a lot of pressure on my knees, so I'll see if I can tinker around a bit with those to get more effect. I'm happy with the progress on my legs so far, but I also like walking without pain a lot too. So it's a give and take.

I'm going in to do Chest today. I'll update later on tonight when I'm done. I pinned 100mg NPP and 60mg of Tren Ace this morning in my left delt. It burned a little but it feels pretty good. Most of the sweating I was getting from carbs has subsided. I get slightly damp at night, then it goes away pretty quickly.

I'm gonna stay at this dose for at least another week, and if the sides from tren completely go away i'll up my dose by 80mg a week and take it from there.
 
My friends affectionately call me 'fat bitch', which does wonders for me BDD. This will be my first log, I'll start updating it on monday when I get all the compounds in the mix.

Basic Info:

267lbs as of yesterday
Not a single clue on body fat, I'm sure it's kinda up there, you don't get the name fat bitch for no reason. I have a lot of loose skin on my stomach from losing so much weight over the last year, but with some core work and GH it seems to be tightening up slowly but surely.

I'm 31 and have been working out on and off for about 17 years. I've taken several extended breaks because of familial reasons and injury. Longest break was when I developed chronic elbow tendonitis in my right elbow, along with snapping my left leg in half while having spraining my right knee. All within a 2 year span. Wasn't doing to great back then. Smh.

This last break I had was for a couple years. Real life, deaths in my family, a less than optimal career path, a shitty girlfriend, and general laziness were the main culprits. I've been back in the gym, at least 6 days a week (except for when I've been sick 2 times) for over a year now.

I started out slow and light, as I was weak and very fat. about 15 months ago, I was closing in on 340lbs and couldn't bench 135lbs once. I started on a PPL split, started doing Keto and within 6 months got my 1RM max on bench to 245lbs, and got my weight down to about 240lbs. I know it sounds crazy, but I was so fat, so out of shape, and so fucked up in terms of my dieting, that the 100 or so pounds just melted off me. At that point I went in for some routine bloodwork, found out I had low T, and got on TRT.

I ran TRT for a few months, figuring out how my body was reacting to the new testosterone being in me, fucking all sorts of girls I never had the energy to talk to, and generally enjoyed my life. I then began cycling, and here we are.

It should be noted, I'm a pretty low responder when it comes to testosterone for some reason. Even on my TRT dose I was at like 4.5x my dose. I have no idea why or how, it's just how my body works.

This cycle is going to officially kick off on Monday. I've been running about 4/5's of for 2 weeks now. Anyway, as of Monday:
900mg Test E / EW 1-12
400mg NPP / EW 1-12
240mg Tren Ace / EW 1-10(my first run with tren, going to keep it low and up the dose if needed but I'm pretty nervous about it and don't want to overdo it)
50mg Adrol ED 1-6
1.25mg Adex ED (I'm really prone to high estrogen, it's my curse, my nipples get puffy as fuck. Luckily I convinced my urologist to up my script of adex, so I should have enough for at least 4 months)
5iu HGHPower KeFei's ED as a PWO.

At the end of this run. I'm going to drop my Test down to about 600mg EW, try to find some decent Mast P and run them together for another 12 or so weeks with some Tbol sprinkled in at the end.. My TRT doc appointments are every 6 months now, so I have until August to run whatever I want before having to drop back down to my TRT dose.

I kind of gave up on lifting heavy and just stick to volume for now. I run a 6 day split, but I really never take the 7th day off and usually just start the split again. I'll take days off here and there if I need them, but thats only once every few weeks.

Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - Arms
Day 6 - Legs
and then repeat.

My goals are to hit at least 300 reps per day at a minimum, but trying to start getting consistently into the 400-450 range. I don't do more than 5 or 6 exercises per body part generally. Lots of drop sets and super sets as well. I try to get all my reps and work in within 1 hour. The only times it takes me longer than an hour is if I have to wait for a something to be open that i need to use. I add in core work at the end of my workouts on the non leg days for about 10-15 minutes. I hate cardio, I hate it, just like everyone else does, but I plan on adding some in at the end of each non leg day as well for 10-15 minutes.

I'll post up as much as I can here and there. Hopefully at least a couple of times a week. The first week I'll probably post every day so I can get my entire routine written out.
Bro i do this cycle all the time. Since you bf is moderatly high id get pharma aromasin, dostinex and clomid. Also hcg. Always be ready if some thing goes bad. Your doses are pretty high. Remember most pharma pct takes long to receive so thing ahead.

Just finished Chest, felt great. I took 100mg of Adrol and 200mg of Caffeine to go along with my tren and npp pin so I was going hard today. Really happy with the work out.

It was pretty busy in the gym today, so I had to wait a couple of times for things to open up which sucked, but other than that I'm really happy. My rep count ended up being lower than it felt it was. I usually log the reps on my phone and don't add them up until the end. I felt like I hit 400 reps, at least my chest felt like it did. I was completely spent as I walked out of there, which is all that really matters in the end I guess. I wanted to get more Flat and Incline bench in today than last time so I'm happy I was able to get all those reps in.

On a side note, weighed in today at 260 even, which means I'm down 7lbs in the past 7 days. I haven't changed my diet at all from what I was at pre Tren Ace, nothing has changed other than the addition of the Tren. Now that the night sweats have subsided and my mood is stable, the only negative I'm feeling from the Tren right now is so some acne, but it's not much and not unmanageable.

I'll be hitting back tomorrow and I'll check back in with that routine.
 
Pinned 300 test, 100 npp and 60 tren ace this morning. The tren sides are all but gone at this point. I'm going to run this out until the weekend and then up my dose next monday to 80mg 4x a week and see how it goes.

Got a decent back workout today. I left work a little early as I had a pounding headache. For some reason 100mg of adrol and 25mg of provi helped me get my head right enough to go to the gym instead of going to sleep, go figure.

I gave in and did some light Dead's. My knees felt like shit. It really fucks with my head. Pulling 135 feels like absolutely nothing, but my knees just don't respond well to the movement. I'm probably not going to deadlift again for quite a while. I just am too scared about blowing out my knee again, it's just not worth it.

This was a much better workout than my last Back day, which I'm happy about. My strength is starting to go up now that I kicked up the Adrol to 100mg ED and the Tren is doing it's thing. I'm still eating a fairly big deficit, so it's pretty amazing honestly that I'm able to get all this work in and get stronger. Keep in mind, I work all day before I go to the gym and I am usually pretty tired at the end of my work day. More mentally than physically as I just sit in meetings and on my computer all day, but 9 hours in front of a computer every day makes anybody tired, trust me.

I'm really happy with this cycle so far. I might up my AI dose as I am starting to notice some acne on my shoulders that I have never had before, which I attribute to the Tren, so I might throw a few caps of the UGL adex I just go in with my normal AI cocktail each morning.

The guy I get my UGL Adex from actually sent me like 30 caps of 25mg Winny to try out. I'm guessing I'd need to run it at 50mg ed, so I'd get like 2 weeks out of it. Is it even worth it? I mean I have it here, I figure I should take it, but I feel like 25mg wouldn't do much from what I've read on it. I've never tried Winny, but I was thinking about throwing in 50mg ED for 2 weeks after my Adrol runs out. I have about another week and half or so of Adrol left before it's done. I won't be running another oral again (except for the winny, if I do run it) until the second phase of this cycle in about 10 weeks. At which point I'm probably going to run Adrol again as it really is my favorite oral by far.

I have a lot of Methyl Tren as well on hand, like 45 1mg tabs from AP, but I hate it so much I'm not going to run it I think. Even on 0.5mg I feel like death the next day and I can't stay awake. It's so fucking strong. I've never been able to run it for more than a few days, so I have now idea what you would even experience running it for 4 weeks or something and how it works on your body. I take a fair amount of Liver support, which I have upped since introducing Tren Ace, and I dont' feel any liver lethargy thankfully. I usually get tired around 4pm during the work day at which point I get a little caffeine in and I'm good to finish out the last hour and change of work. But, I was like that before I ever touched an oral, so I know it's not that. But, on Oral Tren, I was nodding out at my desk by 11am, it was fucking nuts. Same amount of liver support as well.

Anyway, what are your thoughts on the Winny guys? Worth it just to see how it feels and if it's good? I'm not expecting much out of it, obviously, but I'm just curious to see how it works honestly more than anything else.
