I don't have sleeping problems anymore bro. It just that too much circulating estrogen make me feel like a bitch. I have mood swings, i make depressive thoughts, and so on...

Yeah, i was thinking about doing so and run 0,25mgs ed since i don't have gyno issues. I am definitely becoming stronger and stronger and my workouts are high volume-medium intensity.

My chest lags major ass so i am going to train it twice per week.

My workout routine looks like that now:

Chest/Triceps (Emphasis mostly on the upper, middle and inner pecs)
Back/Biceps/Forearms
Legs/Hams/Calves
Chest (Emphasis on the middle and lower pecs)
Shoulders/Traps
 
Not a bad split bro, I used to do something very similar. Give the adex a shot you never know it just might work. .25mg ed or .5mg eod will work wonders.

Usually my splits are like this one, maybe a little less complex when off cycle plus, i only workout 4 times per week.

I like to train pretty much the old-fashioned way and my workouts usually last one hour and a half and my sets are in the pyramid style.

My routine in details:

Chest Routine No1

Smith Machine Incline presses: 6x8-12
Barbell Bench Presses: 5x8-12
Incline dumbell flyes: 6x10-12
Cable Cross Over: 3x10-12

Chest Routine No2

Decline Machine Presses (Barbell and dumbell presses don't do anything for me): 6x8-12
Low pulley cable cross-over: 4x10-20
Flat Bench Dumbell Presses: 6x8-12
Flat Bench Dumbell Flyes: 4x8-12

Back

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 8x6-12
Bent Over Barbell row: 6x6-12
Close Grip Lat Pulldowns: 6x6-12

Legs

Leg Presses: 6x10-12
Squats: 4x10-12
Leg extensions: 4:10-12
Standing One Leg Cable curls: 4x10-12
Laying cable curls:4x10-12
Seated Calf raises:4x12-15
Standing Calf raises:4x12-15

Shoulders/Traps

Behind the Neck Barbell presses: 6x6-12
Smith machine military presses: 4x8-12
Laying dumbell extentions (for rear delts): 4x10-12

Standing or Seated dumbell curls:

As you can see my workouts are "balls to the walls style" but believe it or not, i feel rejuvanated after doing them and no, i don't get overtrained.

Anyway, today i entered my third week in and i am going to take my fourth injection soon. My size is definitely up as everyone keeps commenting on how big i've gotten etc etc, and i feel that test has started doing it's magick. I have never been this horny before and i litteraly want to fuck anything that has two legs and a pussy! LOL!

I am going to do chest/tri's today and see how that goes! I feel very energetic!

Yeah, it is the highest dose i've ever taken and i totally love it! The entire feeling is amazing plus, my appetite has increased BIG time!!! I feel hungry all the time! :D

Now i am getting ready for a chest/tri's workout! :D
 
Guys, i need some feedback on this one! I was on my first exercise, smith incline bench presses and although i had a relatively small amount of weight that i have lifted noumerous times in the past, i heard a terrible cracking sound and that was it.

I couldn't do anymore incline presses no matter what. I finished my chest routine without problems but i feel an intense pain at my clavicle. Muscle wise i am fine, even on the upper pec area. It's just the clavicle. What can it be...?
 
Could it have been a pocket of fluid somewhere around the upper chest or something? If you push directly on and around the area does it hurt? hmmm....

If i push directly to the inner part of the clavicle it hurts badly. It also hurts if i rotate my arms as if i was swimmning. It was a plain, dry cracking sound and sensation. It crippled me immediately on the right side (which is my weak side when it comes to chest)...
 
Wow, not too sure about this. I guess you'll just have to wake up tomorrow and see how it feels and then take it from there. Have you tried any sort of remedy yet?
 
This is my fourth week into my cycle and everything's good. I have gained considerable size so far and good strength gains. The injury hasn't healed yet and it keeps me back from performing incline bench presses, barbell and dumbell shoulder presses and wide grip lat pulldowns or pull-ups...

Here's a progress photo. It was taken today.

I need to put on a little more mass on my rear delts and a shitload of mass on my chest and triceps.

Well, my left pec and tricep are bigger than the right side and right lat and my right forearm are bigger than the left side.

Quads and calves are about the same. My right arm is like 1cm smaller than my left arm.

Other that the pain, is there any apparent weakness in your right side overall? Upperbody that is.

My right arm is smaller by 1cm than my left hand. The worse thing is that for some reason, my right pec is too small in comparison to my left peck and this makes me look like shit from the side. It looks like i have no chest at all and no matter what i do i can't seem to balance these differences...

My shoulders and back overpower anything else though.
