I am up about 10lbs so far. I can't wait until test startys working. Tommorow i'll take another shot, thankfully on my left delt!

PS: Does anyone follow this? Because if you don't i don't see why i am keeping it.

I keep seperate notes as well bro. Not only this. I am doing this mostly for you guys and the newbies. Anyway, i had a terrific leg workout today! :D

I am going to work chest again tommorow and then delts and traps on friday!

Ok, today i am entering my sixth week on cycle and i love everything about it but injections... Anyway, i am up 20lbs so far and feel great. No side effects at all. No gyno, no acne, no bloating, no mood swings, nothing at all!!! It's amazing!

Everyone comments on how big i have become and people at the street stares at me!

I would love to gain 10 more pounds and then maintain as much as i can. I have gained a little bodyfat and water but that was expected since i was on vacation last week and didn't really eat very clean.

So far so good! I am thinking of changing injection sites just to see if there are spots less painlfull than the delts.

I have 200 naps and i am going to run them at 20/20/25/25/25/25 (exactly 196 tabs), starting next monday! I am looking forward to see what d-bol is going to do for me with all this test circulating in my bloodstream! :D

Yeah, i am doing great!!! :D

D-bol is very easy on my stomach even if i take it without food. So is every other oral i've taken. The only thing that fucks my stomach up when taken without food is multivitamins. They get me nauseus.

Just as a thought...

You may want to up the dbol dosage and cut it short to 4 weeks. I know you've had success in the past with dbol only at those dosages. But, when you have a good amount of test in your system it's a different story. I would think 40mg daily for 4 weeks would be most beneficial if you can pull it off. I've noticed that the dbol is less noticeable when I'm on a healthy dose of test. That' the point where I switched from 40mg ED to 50mg ED in my cycling "career," haha.

Again, just something to seriiusly think about, not mandatory brother.
 
Yeah, you may be right get some. I am up to 190lbs so going on the 30mgs range and above may be better. The thing is that i have only 200 tabs and at the moment i can't afford to buy more because there are some bills running so i am going to stick to 30mgs for 5 weeks.

On a side note, test has fully kicked in bro's and it feels amazing!!!! Yesterday, my eating was totally shitty due to lack of time and i went to the gym thinking, damn, another mediocre workout, but no sir! I had one of the best chest workouts in my entire life!

Strength gains were amazing! I have never been this strong before! :D
 
I took another injection today. I tried to inject my left ventroglute and i got very intense pain as i must have hit a nerve. I took out the needle, changed it and injected my right delt. For some reason it was a very painful injection and i must have gone through a blood vessel as blood started running out the injection site. Thankfully aspiration went ok, there was no blood in the syringe.

Jesus, i wouldn't like to inject for a third time in a row today...

Gain wise i am doing great! I am approximately 20lbs and this is my sixth week on. Depending on the gains, i might cut it short to 8 or 9 weeks.

The hcg is working wonders by the way. My balls hang low again and are full. I am doing 600iu's per week divided in two injections.

For some strange reason my appetite is somewhat suppressed. It just may be that i was on vacation for the past week and my eating was pretty much on the poor side....

Next week i am going to start d-bol at 30 or 35mgs.
 
Do your balls hang low, do they wobble to and fro, can you tie them in a knot can you tie them in a bow....hahaha Good to see that the hcg is working dude.

Also I would recommend giving the ventro another go.....It went pretty good for me!
 
I am on my last days of week 7 and i am loving every bit of it. My weight seems to have stopped at about 190lbs but i am continuously adding size and losing bodyfat.

This week i started a 3 day split, the original 10x10 routine. It's very hard to finish every session but the pumps are just unreal and it's a good way to shock my body.

The idea behind it is that you must recruit all the muscle fibers possible by using a 3/4-0-2 tempo. One has to use the same weight for all of his sets using basic, multijoint exercises. You have to pick a weight which you can get 20 reps with and do ten sets of ten with this weight.

For example on Monday i do:

Superset 1:

A1: Smith Machine Incline Bench Presses 10x10
A2: Wide Grip Pulldowns 10x10

You can rest strictly 60-90 seconds and then do another set.

After this is over i move on to another two exercises for which i perform 3 supersets for 10-12 reps. Resting time and lifting tempo remains the same.

B1: Flat bench dumbell pressess or flyes or dips: 3x10-12
B2: Close grip cable rows: 3x10-12

That's it pretty much. You're done in less than 45 minutes and have enough time to do abs, cardio and streching without staying in the gym for two or more hours and gives muscles and the body a lot of time to repair.

It's great for hardgainers and it's great for bringing lagging bodyparts up. The weights used may be light but the continuous stress on a particular area of muscle makes it grow a lot faster so it can handle the stress!

From what i read, this was used by a lot of pro's with amazing results (which i am witnessing myself) and was usually followed by the 8x8 program and then by 5x5. Then you take a week off and start over a typical 4 or 5 day split.

As you can imagine, leg day is a living hell! :D
 
I am near the end of week 8 and i am still gaining. This 10x10 workout i've been doing is very productive and gives me enough time to rest. Scar tissue buildup has started in my delts so i am going to inject different spots for my last 4 injections.

Weight wise, i am still around 190 but i am losing bodyfat and gaining muscle mass constantly. I have an overall sense of well being and i feel strong like hell. It's easier for me to run out of patience but nothing uncontrolable. This form of agression helps me in the gym!

Next week i am starting a 5x5 workout and see how that goes!
 
Sweet log man. I'm doing a D bol/ Test E cycle soon as well after I reach a couple natural lifting goals in a month or two and its nice to see how this is working out for you.

Great to see you gaining bro! Im not doing too bad either the tren is leaning me out! I upped my test doseage too to 150mg prop eod so Im waiting for that to kick in. How's the strength?

I have certainly gained a lot of strength but i don't really lift heavy. I started doing a 10x10 workout which is excruciating to finish each day but incoporates relatively low weights.

Check page 6 or 7 for the workout.

My next cycle is going to be a killer! :D
