Hey guys im 210lbs 9% bf when i started the cycle i was 225 17% bf. I am currently on the following cycle:
Test 300 - Week 1-10 - 3 Ml Per Week
Deca - Week 1-10 - 2 ML Per Week
Eq - Week 1-10 - 2 ML Per Week
Dbol - Week 1-4 - 60mg per day
Anavar - Week 4 -16 - 60 mg Per day
Winstrol - Week 10-16 - 60 mg Per day
Tren A - Week 10-16 - 1ml EOD
Test Prop - Week 10-16- 1ml EOD
followed by a good pct.
My diet im on a carb cycling diet where i eat 3 low carb days and 1 high carb. I am doing 380g of protein and 379g on high carbs and 207g on low. Which ranges at 2900-3500 calories depending on high or low carb days.
The guy i bought everything off of set me up with what to eat and what to take for the entire cycle my training i have noticed strenthg gains forsure and little improvements on size but not what i expected. Im in week 7 here and he is uping my food week 9. Does it make sense his thery of wanting me to trim down adding qualtity muscle & then week 9-16 beef up with addin more food.
