I would like to do a cycle with sust and deca. I've done some searches on the board and can't find a cycle that specifically includes sust and deca.
I would also like to know what else I should run during the cycle and how much (nolvadex, arimidex) and when to start PCT and how much to use (was thinking clomid)?
From what I've found so far, the sust should be taken EOD, what about the deca?
What should my caloric intake look like while on the cycle?
A little background..
I've been lifting hard for about 5 years now and have done three test only cycles in the past (two enth and one cyp). Gained a lot from them but lost most of it, except from the last one about a year ago, I've kept about half of what I put on. I think that is because I have improved my diet! I believe I've lost most because I was not doing any PCT (naive, had no idea what I was doing and taking advise from people who had no idea) I've been on the board now for a couple of months and have learned a great deal, thanks to everyone.
I'm 30yrs. old, 5'5" 160lbs. and I don't know what my BF is, but I asked my buddy who is a Personal Trainer (not sure I trust what he says) but it's probably in the low teens. I'm pretty lean. I would like to put on some size, nothing outrageous, just some solid muscle.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
