Cycle Results ...(help?)

Ive been on 500/enanthate a week for the last 2 weeks, along with .25mg liquidex. Im running this as a cutting cycle.
results so far are:
-no muscle/weight gain....in fact arms are down 1/2 inch.
-no fat loss, seems like i have lost muscle and gained fat

the last enanthate cycle i did i gained 12lbs in first 2 weeks, so wtf is going on here?
 
Elaborate on diet on training. You are cutting yes? Seems reasonable to not be gaining weight.

After only two weeks of enanthate I wouldn't expect to see a great deal, did you front load?

Give us some details so we can help.
 
ok im eating between 1800-2000 cals a day. i train 5 days a week with 20-30 min light cardio after workout. on off days i do 45 min cardio.
diet is basically chicken, broccoli and some cheese. i have carb well cereal in morn with OJ. the rest is protein shakes.
u said i should not be seeing a great deal in 2 weeks with enanthate...i imagine so but i react very quickly to AAS at least in the past.
 
in not too concerned with gaining weight....it seems as though im remaining at same bf% just getting smaller. its like im losing muscle and fat at a rapid pace and it suck!!!
 
i am 5'7" about 190 lbs. i think im around 15-17% bf. i was 200 at start of cycle with less bf i think.
cycle history is i did one test250/eq300 wk for 10 weeks. i tried transdermal fina and reforvit dbol but both sucked and i saw nothing from either so.
 
i am positive of the quality of the gear. it is QV enat 250 from a 50ml and my friends are on the same stuff gettin huge. i have zencall sustanon that i will be switching too in 1 week.

I agree!

I have done similar cutting cycles using 400mgs of Test 200 and Dbol nad got great results,didn't mind the puffy face etc. because I knew it would go away,I lost inches off my waist with only that bit of gear...throw in about 35 mgs of dbol ed and considering you are allready taking in the liquidex you shouldn't have much bloat.

I agree with what has been said so far but am puzzled as to your body fat increasing while you are losing muscle while training and eating enough to grow.......and then you factor in the gear......I don't know what to say bro.

Go ahead and ad the d-bol, keep going with the test, be it sust or enanthate, and train smart.....what is your five day split like BTW?

Something is being missed here.......are you overtraining?

If you are eating enough to gain fat but are training hard and losing muscle still..........I think we are missing an important piece of information.
 
training is:
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-rest
thru-shoulder/trap
fri-arms
sat-legs
sun-rest

my eating:
1-carbwell cereal milk and OJ and black coffee
2-protein supplement
3-chicken breast rice and broccoli
4-protein supp
5-chicken breast

6-optional before bed protein shake
 
i believe your problem is the diet. you are not getting enough protein and you are not gettin enough fats. your fat intake is extremely low and your carbs are low aswell, that is why you are loosing muscle. it has happened to me before for trying to loose weight to fast and it's always because i'll have a moderate to low fat intake and then on top that i lowered my carbs too much. try eating something like this

Cals between 2000 - 2200
protein 250 -280
carbs 180 - 220
fats 50-70

meal 1
protein and carbs

meal 2 - 3 - 4
protein and fat

post workout
protein shake and dextrose
50-60g and 75g

meal 5
protein and carbs

meal 6 (optional)
protein shake and small amount of fat

you can try a ckd aswell if that's what you are in to but you need to get your energy from somewhere wether it's fats, carbs or a combination of both. eating only protein won't cut it.

you might also be overtraining. how many sets per bodypart do you do?
 
i am doing this awesome super setting workout.
for chest: 3 sets each incline dumbess press/lower chest cable crossovers.
3 sets each: decline dumbell/upper chest cables

back: tbar row/widegrip pulldown
closegrip pulldown/seated cable rows
deadlifts

the rest of my workout follows that routing. around 12 intense sets. with the super set the pump is unreal


i started the dbol today and i will start eating more. thanks
 
2 days on dbol and eating more and already up some weight. but i do have a question about overtraining. i am def. lacking in my chest so every night, except the day i did chest workout, i do 50 pushups or more if i can. is this going to overtrain my chest/tris?
 
cycle update: been on -H- dbol for 4 days now along with the test and WHOA SHIT! what a difference this stuff is powerful as hell! i think i may turn this into a bulking cycle and save the winny for later. but i only want lean mass so i am eating tons of protein and good carbs.

if anyone has anythoughts on the pushups again let me know
