I finally got all my gear.
I am 5'10" 192 @ 7% BF. I will be eating 5000 calories/day which is double maintance for me. If I start to put on too much fat I will drop the calories and vice versus if I am growing but bf is not getting out of hand I will increase the calories.
This will be my 7th cycle (5 cycles in my early-mid 20's and this is my 2nd cycle this year...I am 34), but my first real agressive one. I have always done test 250mg/wk deca 250mg/wk....the most 500mg/wk test and not even for the whole cycle. I am looking to make serious gains this time.
Any final recommendations?
