Cycle starts today - Any last recommendations?

I finally got all my gear. :) I am 5'10" 192 @ 7% BF. I will be eating 5000 calories/day which is double maintance for me. If I start to put on too much fat I will drop the calories and vice versus if I am growing but bf is not getting out of hand I will increase the calories.

This will be my 7th cycle (5 cycles in my early-mid 20's and this is my 2nd cycle this year...I am 34), but my first real agressive one. I have always done test 250mg/wk deca 250mg/wk....the most 500mg/wk test and not even for the whole cycle. I am looking to make serious gains this time. :cool: Any final recommendations?

1-14 Testosterone Enth 250mg (pure power labs) - 750mg/week
1-13 Nandrolone Deca (pure power labs) 250mg - 400mg/week
1-14 Equipoise 250mg - 400mg/week
5-10 500iu/week hcg
1-16 .5mg eod arimidex

Sounds like you have all your shit in gear, pardon the pun. Good job planning. I used test prop from pure power about a year ago and it was killer. I mean I had pumps like no other. Good luck and keep us posted.

get some vitamin E to help skin elasticity. you're going to grow like a mofo and you don't want stretch marks.

How much should you take a day? Most pills are 400IU, and the labels recommend 1 per day. Should you take more in this case, and if so, how much?

If those are your stats, there's no way your BMR is 2500 calories, especially if you're training hard. I'd estimate 3000 calories before activity (16*BW).

I take 1000iu ed. that's the biggest gel cap I could find.

Right now I am on 500mg Test Cyp and 500mg EQ a week for 12 weeks. This is my first cycle. I started at 6'2" 205. Looking to put on a solid 10-15 pounds of lean mass. I've been on the cycle for about 8 weeks and put on about 9 pounds. Do you think I need the vitamin E?

I normally eat around 3000-3500 calories/day.. I just calculated it again and your right. It's 3357/day.

I just took my first shot.:D I feel like a little kid on Christmas day. I can't wait for this shit to kit in. My wife told me she's going to find me a girlfriend to take care of me for the next 3 months.:D If wish she wasn't kidding!:( I could do them both and have no problems satisfying them with all the gear that going to be in me.

I've been on HGH since Feb 2006. I was getting it through an anti-agin clinic at $8 per IU.:eek: It was costing me $960 per month. After reading on these boards for a few months I've finally found somewhere I can get it cheaper......$2.38 per IU.
 
This Thursday will end my 2nd week on the cycle. I've been eating 7,500 calories per day and I haven't gained 1lb. The pumps are starting to get good and I had flu like symptoms all last week. I haven't worked out since Friday so I am anxious to get back in the gym this afternoon to see how I feel. I am gonna change the GH up a little as well. Going to go 10 IU's along with 80mcg of IGF-1 3 times per week PWO. If I haven't gained any weight by the end of this week I am going bump the calories up to 10K/day. :eek:

I really doubt this. Either you're not logging your food intake, not logging it correctly, not weighing yourself, or not weighing yourself consistently.

I agree. You cant eat 7500 cal/day for even 2 wks and not gain a lb. Youre definately doing something wrong.

Took my first shot of IGF-1 today. 40mcg into each quad along with 10 IU's of HGH PWO......muhahahahaha! It wasn't that bad, but one of my quads is a lillte sore.
 
FYI......IGF-1 injecting into the calves is not fun....neither during or after. :( Fuck it though I am hoping I am never told again that I have small calves after I am done with this shit!:D
 
I've been reading alot of INFO on IGF lately and it seems to me that 80mcg is too much. 40-50mcg IMMEDIATLEY PWO is optimal to help with lagging muscles. Anything more can cause problems down the road as the more IGF circulates in your body it will attach to other IGF receptors with the intestines being the biggest one of those and could cause that so called GH gut down the road. Dont take my word on it. Just posting what I've been reading on other boards.

GRUNT76 made a good post about it on a few other boards.
