OK I my stats are 6'0 230, 17% BF ( I know I'm at fatass) but I would like to do a cycle starting in September that will put on some quality mass, with the least amount of bloat. I don't want to put on a ton of mass just a little but with good quality muscle. Because it seems like everytime a start dieting to cut up I lose a lot of definition even though my BF goes down...I know my diet is good I'm getting 300g of protein a day through chicken, eggs, and shakes. But my muscles just seem to get flat. Right towards the end of my last cycle:
d-Bol weeks 1-4
Sust. 500mg weeks 1-12
Winny 40mg ED weeks 10-14
I looked the best I ever had beside my gut and thats to be expected with as many calories I was taking in. But I had a lot of bloat, especially in my face during my cycle. So for my next one I just want less water retention!
