CYCLE/TRAINING ADVICE AFTER TWO YEARS NO WEIGHTS! PLEASE ADVISE!

Just got out of prison after two years. I spent most of the time in max and medium security facilities, where there are no free weights, just cables, but the pulleys are broken, bearings rusted, plates busted, basically garbage machines. Most of my workouts were either body weight or modified body weight, like weighted pull ups til failure then dropping the weight and maxing out, same with dips, and air squats for ten sets of 50, and 20 sets of push ups til failure with 30 seconds between sets. I'd work out for about 1.5 hours 5 days per week, and either start of finish by running stairs or hitting the bike for 3 ten minute intervals with a minute rest in between, with no days off. All of this was while eating about 3200 cals per day.
So, I'm about to hit the free weights for the first time, but I want to get back on cycle as soon as possible. I'm 185, with probably 15% or 16% bodyfat, compared to 190 and 9% or 10% before I fell. Here's the thing though, even fat, I could get 12 pull ups with two 9 kg medicine balls, then get 8 or 9 more with just body weight, so my strength was pretty good I think.
How long do you think I should wait to start with the only cycle I've used, which is test, tren, and mast, to avoid injury, tendon issues, etc? I'm thinking start off with a low dose of test only for 8 weeks, then bring in the other stuff at a lower dose for my first cycle. Any Advice???

Low dose test is probably the best way to start. Even if you haven't been training with free weights you're already strong and you know your body. Not like you're new to the game and don't have a clue.
Welcome back brother

Don't start lifting with a cycle at all get yourself back into a routine and straighten out all your life stuff then work on your form and getting use to the motions again. You'll get too strong too quick with piss poor form and just end up getting injured. Do 12-16 weeks just training dialling in the nutrition and working on form and find a program that works for you then add the juice in and you'll have linear progression for over 6months easy and that's the best progression
