cypionate half life?

i have got conflicting information on the half life of the cypionate ester.
i have read 12 days in a search.
swale states it to be 5-8 days.
joe schmoe wrote 5.25 days.
i know metabolism has an effect but there seems to be a large discretion between 5 and 12 days.
could someone please shed some light on this .and if possible give a more accurate guide on ester half lifes.

actually, my info says 6 days for cyp. the 5.25 days is for enanthate. i know that they are close, so i doubt the 12 day half life is correct.

i had read acetate was 3 days half life.
prop was 4.5 days
enan 10.5 days
cyp 12 days.
just shows the inaccuracies that are out ther.

6 days for cyp is correct...but i thought enanthate was 7 days? maybe i misread somewhere...oh well

The half-lives of cyp and enanthate are within a half a day of each other, so just shoot as if it were enanthate....the only time it's significant is when it comes to the active life, as it's a greater duration and the separation between the two is thus more apparent.
enan.= 14-15 days
cyp= 17-18 days
