Cytomel (T3) information

Can anybody tell me where I can find reliable information on how to supplement with T3? I've read countless forums, a couple newish ones but most of them are years old. There is a ton of different information out there and I'm not sure what is correct. I've read that a person should take above 25mcg a day because that is around what your body naturally produces. I've also read that a person can take less than 25mcg per day, for instance 12.5mcg/day, and this would supplement what your body normally produces without shutting down your thyroid. Is this true? And if so where can I find scientific information about this? Or about T3 cycling in general. Thanks guys!!

How long do you want to run it?

I taper, like this:
Week 1- 25mcg's just take it all in one dose
Week 2- 50mcg's/day split into 2 doses, 1 am and 1 4-5 hours later
Week 3- 75mc's/day, split into 3 doses
Follow that according, then run it in reverse. You can run it up to 100mcg's/day, if you'd like. By reverse, I mean taper down like:

Week 4- 50mcg's per day
Week 5- 25mcg's per day
Week 6- I run 12.5mc'gs for 3 or so days to fully taper down.

Adjust accordingly.

Tapering is stupid.

Do some real research. Forums have to much bro science.

99.9 % of people need 75mcg plus (most likely 100-150mcg) to have any type of significant metabolism increase. This can be measured by temperature. Look it up.

Once you introduce outside t3 your body will slow production of your own, so tapering is retarded.

Anything under 75mcg will increase protein synthesis and actually help you build muscle.

Once you finish with your cut and or bulk just stop taking the t3. The body will bounce back INCREDIBLY fast. Sometimes under a week but usually 2.

Permanently shutting down your thyroid is almost impossible. You have a better chance at winning the powerball.

Look at real medical journals of people taking 200+ mcg of t3 for YEARS and having thyroid come back in a matter of weeks.

Anyone saying t3 eats muscle is taking a fuck ton with no AAS or they don't know what glycogen depletion is.

Anyway, all of this can be looked up. I don't feel like doing it for you but it's a start.

Good luck.

Ps. Don't buy research grade t3. Buy pharmaceutical grade. If you can't afford it, save up longer

A friend of mine used t3 cytover, and indeed he lost a lof of fat (water?) in a few days, but after his cutting cycle ended, he gained all that back. Maybe that's due to endless cheatmeals...

I can attest to that part... recently switched from liquid to pharma and it was like someone lit a blowtorch!
