D-bol Only Cycle Log

4 weeks in my cycle, 5 as of today and i am up about 16lbs. I am using 30mgs d-bol and 25mgs Proviron. For the first 3 weeks i did 20mgs d-bol only. I take 10mgs upon waking and 20mgs about one hour before my workout.

The gains are very dry as i can see the striations in my shoulders, chest and lower back, my entire six-pack and intense vascularity on my front delts. The strength gains are amazing and so are the pumps. My muscles have a very tight and hard feeling and i am seriously considering to increase proviron up to 50 or even 100mgs for the extra hardness.

The most intense side effect so far was acne which i took care with 40mgs Roaccutane ed.

I workout five days a week but now i am going to do it 6 days and i eat about 7-8 meals a day. I don't go over 230-250gr of protein and my carb intake isn't extremely high and this possibly explains the little water retention. I have two more weeks to go and maybe even push it to 8 weeks. We'll see.

I feel extremely horny all day long and my semen is very thick and white. I don't feel shutdown at all.

why are you doing a dbol only cycle?

Sure you're not dehydrated at all bro???

Changes in semen color/consistency many times are H2O related.
 
You wont get shut down much at just 30mg dbol a day

id do the dbol in 3 doses not the 2 - reson is you levels will rise a little at morning when you do the 10mg then rise a lot at the before workout at 20mg then fall rapidly in the evening - you should just do 10 / 10 /10

just my 2 cents

get a good pct man - because its going to be hard to keep those gains on just mainly dianabol

Lol! At first it looks like it but i reported it for the sake of science.

I am doing a d-bol only cycle to see how i react to androgens, particularly an androgen that's out of the system in a matter of days, not months and because i am tired of hearing everybody say, you won't gain shit on d-bol alone, d-bol only cycles suck, d-bol this, d-bol that.

The gretest bodybuilders of all time have probably built most of their mass with it and they knew more about bodybuilding than the average joe.

I think it's just and old wives tale that has a tradition to spread rapidly across the forums. If it the best cycle one can do? Definitely no. If i had done 250mgs test for 8-10weeks and used less d-bol i would have probably made much better gains but i don't want to rush into things.

No bro. I drink about 3 litres a day min. The color and the consistency have changed due to the amount of circulating androgens i believe.

The reason i take 10mgs upon waking is because cortisol has peaked at that time and 10mgs d-bol have shown to increase anabolic activity over 5 times while reducing cortisol levels by 50-70%.

I take the rest of the 20mgs late in the evening (about 8 o' clock) before my workout so i can that exta boost and of course take advantage the androgen rich metabolism post-workout.

Regarding pct i'll do 20mgs nolva for 4 weeks and maybe add some clomid at 25-50mgs for the first 2 weeks. I might even add HCG if i decide to go for an 8 weeker.

why not pop another 10mg in evening then?

Hcg you wont need because you will not be shut down much - the nolva and clomid is a must id say - i have done dbol alone and the results are you get big .....then you shrink back after you stop - with a good pct you keep a little but not a large amount

I am good at 30mgs bro. I don't want to go any higher than that for my first cycle, especially since it's a d-bol only cycle and i want to avoid the size loss. I have gained very noticable size and considerable strength but it's not due to water retention so i believe i am going to keep most of my gains.
 
This is an interesting cycle and I do want to see the final outcome of it. I would advice anyone against Dbol only just because of the liver toxicity of such a drug but at only 30mgs your not going insane and with the proviron you might actually have a good thing going there as long as your taking something to help protect the ol' liver lol. I would still recommend getting some labs done often to check on your liver but I'm paranoid about that sort of thing.
 
My very 1st cycle was dbol only. 20mgs a day for 4 weeks. I gained 15 lbs, lost 5 after wards and still hold those ten pounds I gained to this day. No pct, no nothing... I just kept on training like I always did.

They were the 5mg pink anabol pills.

id have to say those 1-lbs were 5lbs from the dbol - 5lbs from just training your normal body
- because with no pct { which i have done also after a dbol cycle} its hard to keep more than 5 lbs so some of your pounds must have been just naturally from training

crazy gains at 20mg a day thats for sure ..... But then again your body was new to gear cause you said it was ur 1st cycle

Q, i have 25 mg caps and am planning to run 50mg a day, used to take 10mg first thing in the morn, 20mg pre workout, then 10 mg before bed. what are the best times to split the 2 doses? i have ran several cycles and just using dbol as a kick starter to bigger cycle.

2 times a day isnt as good as 4 times a day for dbol or even 3 times a day - you want to stay anabolic all day and spreading the doses will do that

if i were to take dbol only 2 times a day i would do 1 in morning and the other in afternoon before my workout - depends on when you workout but just spread them out as evenly as possible

This week hasn't been very good in terms of working out because i was too tired. I have a very busy schedule and gym is the last thing of the day and it fucks me up completely. I only think how much i would have gained if i had more free hours to rest and eat properly.

well ....................u dont look like a bodybuilder but your in good shape for a average man - sux you ran out of dbol - id help you but im low on dbol myself - for you from the picture i would say do mass cycles for a year dude - what do u weight 180? Lbs
 
Yeah, i am about 180-185 and want to work my way up to 220. I don't look much like a bodybuilder but i am not small either. Besides i want to look like the guys from the 70's. I won't bother naming, they were all amazing and very proportionate.

thats all me man - i superset every workout like back in da day and body build old school - dbol is good but it depends on what you want to do - u want to gain mass you can keep - id say do m1t / dianbol/ anadrol - if your looking to get cut then do some clen and winstrol o0r anavr - anavr is good for cutting

Next time, i am going to go with test. No more oral only cycles for me. I did one to see how i react to androgens and prove to everyone that d-bol only cycles aren't bad and worthless as everyone makes them out to be.

Injectables are much better by all aspects!

i proved oral cycles can be good at age 18 - i know what yo mean and orals are much easier to take but injections give much more results - keep it clean and you will be fine -

as for me im doing m1t / anavar then finishing with some winni and clen to rip me up like contest shape
