Post up your diet and starting weight. 1600 calories seems WAY low.

Are you doing any cardio? Really more interested in your diet because cutting from 18% to 12% can be done super easy with weights cardio and diet rather then DNP.

Diet is 140-150g p 40-60g fats and the rest carbs. Cals are around 1600-1800 I don't aim for a target but asses on how I feel that day. Many people have ran dnp on less cals, and since I'm still in week 14 of my 500mg test cycle I can get away with it.

I weigh 180 lbs.

I'm probably more than 18%, 20% I'm guessing.
No cardio. I doubt I'd be able to drop 10% bf before the summer without dnp.

Now. Onto my log: day 5

This morning I took 500mg. I'm starting to feel the heat. It's alright. When I'm in class I sometimes get a bit sweaty.

I swear I felt thinner today, my abs felt harder.
 
Is your goal just to be able to see your abs? You're definitely not eating enough to gain lean muscle tissue, not even with your test cycle. Your protein is way low, carbs and fat should be used during the day when you need energy i.e. upon rising, pre and post workout and that's about it. You should be getting in 200-250 grams of protein which will also help raise your metabolism through thermic effect of eating. Some kind of veggie with every meal as well for nutrients and diuretic effects that green veggies provide, get microwave in bag veggies they're quick and easy.

You should add in 20min of cardio post weight training too, and if your willing to log DNP you should log a diet, or make a diet for that matter.

I'll help you make an easy diet if you want, I'm not baggering your log I just feel like people skip the basics on dieting and jump straight to drugs out of laziness.

You could honestly be consuming 2500 calories a day if you add cardio in on top of weight training.

I appreciate the tought but you can't gain muscle on a dnp cycle. The 500mg is so that I don't lose any muscle even with such a deficit.

And don't worry about my diet, I got that covered.
I'm not doing cardio because dnp heats my body up more than enough. If I add cardio to the mix I'll lose even more water and electrolytes.
 
Diet:
Breakfast: A big spoon of honey with a fruit of my choosing. Olive oil with a piece of bread.

Lunch: A salad with a protein source. (chicken/tuna/salmon)

Afternoon/before bed snack: protein shake

Pre workout snack: fruit

Post workout: a shake

Dinner: a protein source with veggies.

I also drink a gallon of water a day but I try to drink more.
 
I would listen to fittin but thats just me. Have u seen his pics? Dude def knows what hes doing. Not to call u out or anything. But a few people have already told u 1600 was too low. After seeing what u eat in a day I would highly suggest pming fittin because hes willing to help. But anyway good luck with whatever u choose.

Results doesn't mean one knows what one's doing. You can get results in spite of what you do not bc of it. He makes a few points that are broscience and been disproved as being not important in the big picture.
 
I totally agree. But at the same time I will never agree with 1600 cals p. Day to me that is just insanity. Diet is the most important thing in my eyes during a cut. But I totally get what ur saying.

Look up a PSMF type diet. You're basically taking in 1-1.5g/lb protein, bare minimum in essential fats and trace carbs from certain veggies. It's not unheard of to have a caloric intake that low. I've done it before and it does work but it effects my gym performance too much for me to run it often. Plus I love to eat :D
 
Yes I always do 1.5g of protein when I cut with not many carbs but I always have carbs before the gym. I have never totally depleted my carbs to be photo ready or stage ready like the pros just never had the need to. I also get paranoid about losing muscle mass even though I know it would be minimal. Absolutely no carbs def kills me in the gym too. But Im gonna read about it. Doing an hour of cardio a day and training 6 days a week has always got me to the point I needed. But everyone is different. The main reason I say 1600 isnt enough is because he is also on DNP, Just from what I have read about the affects on the body it seems that it would intensify the lethargy. I know ur running a log on it too. I personally havent tried it nor do I think I have the balls to haha. I prefer diet and a shit ton of cardio. But Im gonna read about PSMF.

I've yet to experience any lethargy strong enough to keep me from doing what I normally do in the gym and I'm running a higher dose than most. Last night for example I did 15 sets of DE deadlifts and right after that a 5x5 for squats plus some assistance work.
 
Lol I'll continue my "bro science" diet and bodybuilding routine then spite of getting great results and not knowing what I'm doing at the same time ;)
 
hello I tell you that last night I finished my cycle with DNP and this day I am taking dandelion , diuretic to drain some water retained by the DNP , after a few days I tell them if I run the cycle of 16 days with DNP doses of 400 mg daily , the truth at this time. I'm more filling than when emprese to use DNP is not whether it is by fluid retention , but hopefully it happens these days .

Day 7:
I love dnp. I have dropped 7 lbs since the start of my cycle. Glyocgen takes a big part of it but also some fat. Take note that I ate around 2500 cals the first 3 days.

The sides are nonexistant for me. It helps that its around 50 degrees outside sometimes it goes up to 70 but I have no trouble at all. Admitedly when I'm in a room with no ventilation I do get hot and sweaty but I can deal with it very well.

When its hot and sunny outside I wear rugby shorts and a t shirt and I feel great.

Lets see what this drug can do after 2 more weeks.

the opinion out there seems split, and, he's running 500mg,Im running 625, and were both going long.
Ive seen some advice to run t3 at 50mg. Ive "heard" t3 gets suppressed on longer runs (14+ days) at "higher" dosages, which I interpret as in excess of 4mg/kg.
Personally, Im a little leery of running dnp,eca and t3 together, might be too much. But I thought I'd put this out there and see what the predominant opinion was.
