Yup. Looking more shredded everyday, clothes fit better also starting to get compliments about how I didnt look like this 2 weeks ago.

Its starting to get hotter here. And i feel it. Im hot and sweaty when I'm in rooms with no ventilation. But outside I'm fine, even in the sun.

It takes me longer to fall asleep, like 20-30 min of tossing and turning trying to cool off.

Little update: its been 14 days since ive been on dnp. Muscles look flat but im still looking good with all the vascularity thats showing.

I'm down 11 lbs.

I still have 11 more days to go and would like to drop as much bf as possible in that time. Problem is tough that its starting to get hot in here which is very unconfortable indoors.

Beside the heat, I get lethargy. Little to no motivation to workout or go out and do shit. I still manage to get my school work done and workout 4x a week.

Im in the same boat, temps climbed into the low 90's last week. Wifey (who is unaware) keeps telling me about the "Real Feel Index" which is well into the 100's. Working out outside,where my equipment is,is challenging. Hats off to docd with his deadlifts. My solution is to to double down on the cardio. Am/pm row sessions and being more active during the day. My dose is up to 750mg now btw and I'll let you in on a secret. Counter to all the advice Ive been given, Ive started taking 12.5mcg of T3 in the morning.

In the first approach, the goal is to achieve an ongoing edge in fat loss or to help maintain a near-personally-ideal body composition. In this approach, T3 dosing is very low, preferably 12.5 mcg
thats me. On day 1 the T3 really lit me, solving the lethargy issue,best I felt since I started the dnp, a little used to it now. To counter the catabolism, I picked up my protons and (more controversy) about a month ago I started HMB(with lysine and D3).

All is good. Progress is godly. I lost 12 pounds give or take. But the progress in the mirror is even more impressive.

Ive decided to increase my cycle with 5 more days to compensate for the 4 day blood build up with 200mg.

My dose has also been upped to 600mg and Ive found this to be my upper limit to to where the sides are tolerable.

A friend of mine got the rash bad. He came off but bought more DNP a few months later and tried it again. No rash on the second attempt.

Update: 5 more days to go. I seem to carry a lot of fat on my chest tough which doesnt seem to go away.

Everything else is great, my shins are veiny as fuck, adonis belt, abs are coming out etc I feel really good
 
Correction: i fucked up. Too much DNP not enough water-i got the stupid fuckin rash.SUCKS! what i learned from this: front load antihistamine(a couple days before:benadryl or zyrtec) take zyrtec daily while on and benadryl at night and keep drinking lots of water Till about a week after cycle. this is brutal...Good luck on that chest daledd, and thanks for the log

Good luck bro. I take zyrtec every couple of days preemptively. Anyway the rash shouldnt be too hard to get rid of.

Last time i ran 14days but capped at 500.This time i was up to 750 by day 7. Last cycle i was living on test.-claritin(loratadine,sudaphed) and bronkaid(ephedrine,guaifenesin) unknowingly treating and preventing: Da Rash,!!! This time I did good weight wise, lost about 10lbs.in 9 days.Then the rash-i was itching and burning up all night, started takin benadryl and i was fortunate to have about(10) 4mg methylprednisone tabs. I took about 275mgs benadryl and 28mgs prednisone in 18hrs. And rash is completely gone-it was fucking horrific... till next time

Some people are more prone to it, at least you know now.
Atm ive lost 15 pounds after 3 weeks of dnp. Pants are starting to get a lot bigger. Feels really good.

I did realize my bf was higher than I tought since I already lost so much weight and still am around 15% bf. Hopefully these last 3 days will help drop 1% I'll also be going for less calories.
