I did a 3 months cycle with mast primo tren and test and I got almost zero sides, just pin the fucking gear, eat and lift and stop worrying and you will grow

So anyone here can tell me what could be the absolute worst case that could happen to me with sides , like the absolut horror case?

Seriously
worst case with primo, it will lower your e2, so it's better to run enough high test with it, to avoid the low e2 sides (like lethargy, maybe you got it from here).
worst case masteron, hair loss, and it's more genetic.
keep checking shbg, dht, e2, PSA, and thyroid levels.

I wouldn't run what you're doing now.

I would 300-500mg of Test, with 300 Masteron OR 300-500 Primo, but not both. I think you should take the least amount of compounds to see how they work; only after you see how they work, can you stack things and notice how they work together; otherwise, you won't know what is doing what.

But the "bulk" is going to be 100% up to how you eat. I would eat 500 calorie surplus.

You can easily just run Test by itself at 500mg and you'll bulk just fine. Primo and Masteron are not going to add much, anyway, which is why they are usually saved for a cut where their hardening traits and primo's ability to keep tissue in a deficit really shine through.

A better "bulk' would have been Test/Deca in my opinion. I ran 1 gram of deca by itself, and it worked great, with literally no sides.

I'm not to sure about that lol... I brew my own primo and it doesn't do that to me. And we all know primo is faked by shady UGLs a lot, so perhaps people are reporting increase in hunger because they are actually taking EQ?

First of all i respect you for running a log ,alot of ppl here talk shit but dont have the balls to run a log and show what they got.
IMHO i think primo best role is as anti-catabolic during cruising or dieting ,im not saying its a waste for bulking but its not cost effective.Im currently bulking on 750Test,500Npp and 800Primo and you can guess how much money im spending each month for the primo.So i would rather spend it on food or health supplements instead.Masteron is a hardening compound just like winstrol,it makes no sense to run a hardening compound while bulking unless you need the cns benefits from it.
Also since I am bulking for like couple days I already feel like shit, I got High bloodpressure and I am loosing my jaw line and my abs , I start to store fat at my back and looking like a fucking bag of potato’s
Have always a stock of blood pressure meds and other ancillaries like AIs on hand(pharmagrade ofc) this is a must for everyone who is using peds.And not looking the most asthetic during bulking is completly normal..focus on gaining muscle tissue and stop worrying about your jawline.

rice is a shitty carb source i dont care what other ppl say ,yes it easy to eat and cheap but its not even a complex carb and brown rice is even worse its just sitting in your stomach,at least eat white rice then .
Also I can’t use primo it’s giving me lethargic sides, at least this I what I got back then, but I doubt that changing my source will change this issue
Then youre one of the unlucky ones where primo loweres their E2 and you have to find the Test : Primo ratio that works for you,another reason not to use primo for bulking,you need estrogen to bulk.

And theres no way you dont need an AI with almost 1g test per week unless youre genetic outliner or your source is shit.I even need half a tab aromasin during cruising each week or blood pressure will kill me.

Agree,it doesnt increase my hunger aswell.It wouldnt even make sense since most ppl run it during Dieting.And ive seen alot of weird anectodal reports from users here regarding primo too,like primo giving them nightsweats or acne etc.I also believe that most of these reports are because theyre taking something else disguised as Primo.

Even though I don't agree with you and your approach almost always for the very obvious reasons, but this time you're right and I would do the same.

Yes, NPP would be the better bet if he's unaware how he reacts to nandrolones. My body loves them, so I don't need to worry about it.

Decided to stay lean and only run 300mg test e eod ,i don’t want to fuck myself up, I also started doing 45min post workout cardio (stairmaster) . I changed from push pull legs to chest/back/legs/shoulders/arms rest - again.

I train on empty stomach right now cuz I can’t do it otherwise right now unfortunately.

I don’t know how to pose

I also have a video of me pressing 60s dumbbells but you can see my face, I will try to record another one where you can’t see my face , it’s only because i am very easy to identify with that video
 
All is going good for you, I see. Why do you choose to take testosterone only? For example more aesthetic/cosmetic steroid in the mix and lowering testosterone could give you better look. Just saying ;)

Push
-benchpress Heavy 3x3-5 (I do 6-9 warm up sets)
-incline benchpress 5x6-8 (same amount warm ups)
- chest press machine 5x15 (3 warm up sets
- cable flys 5x15-20 (3-5 warm ups sets )
-cable side raises 5x20 (2 warm up sets
-dumbell side raises (5x15) (3warm ups)
-some triceps exercise on a tower 5x15-20 (4-6 warm ups)
- dips 5x Till failure ( no warm ups)
Yeah dude, high reps and lower weight build a LOT of muscle for me. Makes me a lot more sore than anything else.
