thats what they started doing in the 90s to get to that next leve lof mass
 
You're getting a lot of tongue in cheek/joke responses, so let me provide you with a little science based facts that may actually help you. Mars has ~687 earth days in their year. This means that split into the same 52 weeks, you'd have ~13 days per week to train. This is nearly double what you'd have here on earth. With this, you can train 10 days a week and still get to rest 3 days, which is a HUGE hack from a bodybuilding standpoint. Get signed up for Elon's first Mars shuttle, and you'll be set.

You've asked very uneducated questions, and you've done so in the wrong forum. It's obvious that your knowledge of training, nutrition and PED's is limited to non existent. That's fine, we all start somewhere, but you'd be better served to do some searching on this website and others to give yourself a basic understanding of the things you're asking about. At least learn enough to ask informed questions, and do so in the correct forum, and you'll have a better chance of getting responses from people willing to help you out. As it stands, you'll have a hard time getting anyone here to take you seriously.
