Ok, so this will be my first public cycle log so feel free to bitch at me if I leave something out you wanna see. Accepting criticism is what separates the men from the boys. Also I'm typing all this on my phone with a superglued thumb from a climbing tear so please excuse any typos... On to the fun stuff.
The cycle:
Days 1-14: dbol @ 50mg/day (5x10mg doses), var @ 20mg/day (2x10mg doses), adex @ 0.5mg/day (1.0 mg on day 1)
Days 15-21: nolva @ 20mg/day
Then I'll have enough to repeat this one more time if I choose.
Before anyone gets worried about the obvious concerns of this cycle I'll tell ya this: these are just leftovers and freebies from my last short prop/winny cycle. I'm waiting until 7's season this summer to start another long cycle (which I will def be seeking advice for sometime soon) and figured if throw these in the mix while I'm still focusing in strength more than sport specific shit. Also I'd happy throw some prop or tren in there but my current sources injectables gave me the worlds worst PIP imaginable and I don't so much trust him you know. I literally had ppl at work asking me why I was walking like the hunchback of notre dam (or whatever) which is totally not as cool/funny as it seems haha.
Cycle experience: 2 relatively recent 2 week prop based cycles and one 12 weeker with just test a long time ago in the football offseason (I got to 215 pretty lean and have no desire to be that big again cus I was slow as shit!).
Stats: 5'6.5"/10%bf/172
I know it's light but I like it that way nowadays. Feel like a spider monkey! Haha
Diet: I'm usually a pretty keto guy for health reasons but I'm throwing in a fair bit of oats and sweet potatoes for a while just to help get me through this strength based block for the next month or two. I consume around 200-250 g of protein per day primarily through eggs, tuna, and other lean meats as well as supplementing with shakes only when necessary. I always have a raging appetite so eating big is never a problem.
The workout (basics):
Olympic back squat twice a week and olympic front squat twice a week. For each of my four squat days I work up to a heavy single then drop back down to 70-80% and work back up to a 2-4 rep max with a 2/2/x/1 tempo. Then I finish with 2 sets @ 50%1RM with a 2/5/x/1 tempo.
Cleans, RDLs, and good mornings take place after front squats (in the same session or later in the day depending on how caught up in squats I get haha).
Pressing movements come after back squats.
2 days are spent either climbing or training on my campus board in the basement. All my upper body pulling work also happens after climbing sessions.
Goals:
Im gonna milk this dbol for all the strength I can get. Honestly I'm just looking forward to the little boost gettin through squattin my ass off four times a week. Also interested to see how the AAS make my fingers feel while climbing this much. Obviously weight gain is gonna happen, and I'm not gonna try to stop it haha, but it's not my goal by any means.
Like I said this is mostly just to kill time until summer when I'll run a nice long 12 weeker throughout rugby season.
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance for the criticism y'all!
