Dbol on an empty stomach?

I just started a cycle yesterday. I can only workout in the mornings due to my schedual meaning I hit the gym on an empty stomach. I took dbol this morning pwo and in the afternoon I started to get horrible indigestion/heartburn. Could this be from taking the dbol without any food in my stomach? I also increased my food intake a good amount so I'm thinking it could be the combo of the two. Any thoughts?

Yes its from orals. Its horrible.

Yea, the oral burn sucks. If you have hard pressed tabs, i used to let them dissolve under my tongue for a sublingual effect. Don't know if that really helped or not.?

You hit the gym on an empty stomach? Sorry this is abit mind blowing for me. You didnt even need to take Dbol to get indigestion/heartburn or other madness in your belly, try just drinking water on an empty stomach to see how you feel sick.

Address your lifestyle, eat right, eat at the correct time according to your bodies state and train accordingly/at the right times.

Good luck!

You get heartburn by drinking water on an empty stomach? I'd say you should look into your own health issues then. Many people train fasted, especially those using hgh. It's a personal preference. Actually many recent studies show increased strength with compound movements while fasted.

Stop just believing bioscience and try things for yourself for a few weeks.

I train fasted in the morning with great success. I almost always feel the best at that point in time. As far as morals go, yes they cause heartburn. It's hard to say if its because of the empty stomach or how you react to them. Orals give me heart burn regardless.

Some orals may some may not you can't know if you don't try on yourself all, I also prefer to train on empty stomach, much more energy and strength, while drinking during the workout eaa+ some fast sugar.

I disagree (although may be different from person to person). I get up at 4am and hit the gym at 5am. If I eat before the gym, I will throw up. I still have energy and strength doing that because of eating well before bed. You have to do what works for you.

I have no issues working out fasted. It's case dependant.

Lowkey this is kind of stupid to say.

He explained his situation and hasn’t had issues training fasted. Some people can some people can’t. I cant train with any type of food in my stomach. I prefer training with little to no food in my stomach. My buddy eats a steak and goes to train. If I did that I’d throw up and have insane stomach cramps.

If you are taking an oral I do recommend Something like a few rice cakes or a ppb sandwich to help. Especially if training fasted on the orals

I know its a mental thing taking the dbol pwo, but perhaps take the dbol with food after your workout. After all, the dbol will be most effective while your muscles are repairing AFTER your workout.

You could also try taking glutamine with your pre-workout mix if you take one. Or some heartburn meds.

I train fasted in the morning at 6AM as well. I can get through 90% of my planned workout before losing steam. I just cant get up and eat right away and digest it before hitting the gym that early. Some mornings I just do fasted cardio if I have time to go back at my lunch break to push some weight.

I train fasted every morning. 5'8, 220lbs. It's been treating me good. 2iu's at wake up don't hurt either.....
