That's what I thought happened but wasn't sure, is that a Tapatalk screenshot? I saw he couldn't be tagged and his profile looked like a banned members profile. He must have been PMing spam to people... Only thing I can think of. @Millard Baker might soothe my curiosity but may not want to comment, not sure, it's usually obvious.
