I have completed a couple of cycles of 5x5 and am now doing dfht(great program) my squat and DL are getting heavier.I am 6' 207lbs and am now deadlifting without a belt 425 lbs for a couple of reps. What type of belt would be recommended 6", 4"....inzer...valeo. Will a valeo get the job done. I only plan to use the belt for heavy triples or singles when deadlifting and squatting.
