To all the PL's, whats the best way to increase my DL weight? For some reason Im some what lost when it comes to sets and reps for my DL's. Ive been hitting DL's twice a week but I dont see to have a set workout. I have been reading 5X5 but I dont really understand how to apply it. Any happy would be nice TY.
