Does anyone experience this also? I shit 3-5 times a day on average.
I’ll eat lunch get extremely tired for 2-3 hours until I have to take a dump and take my dump stand up and feel like a million bucks.
This happens in the morning as well which is why I skip breakfast. If I don’t shit right when I get up I feel deathly tired. Second I get to wherever I’m at and shit I am an entirely new person.
I’ve actually noted this for the last few weeks in my daily life.
Currently writing this feeling like shit because I just ate.. nothing wild just some salmon rice and Avacado.. not full what so ever. The second I ate I just feel like shit.
Give me 1.5-2 hours I guarantee I take a dump and feel like a new man.
