deca and nutrition

I'm about to take my first cycle and I was told if I significantly increase my protein and cut down my carbs and fat I will be ok without having to take winstrol or dbol (I'm going to take deca). I'm concerned with putting on some decent size 10-15lbs. How many mgs a wk should I take and does anyone have a diet they follow already that they could share? I'm 215 now and I already eat 3000 calories of clean food a day but I my diet consists of the 50/30/20 model. I need your help so I make sure I do this right.

Add some Test or plan on being celebate for a while.Deca suppresses.600 mg a week should work on the deca. 3000 calories ? Eat more to gain.

I eat approx 4,000 cals per day and always make great gains. Still waiting on some fuckers to show me how to eat 5,500 cals per. I haven't figured that one out yet...:) .

Someone told me at my gym I have to eat about that (5500 cal per day) I was like, WHAT THE F**K..how do you do that?! I struggle to eat 3500 a day. and drink about a gallon and a half a day too.

The only think I'm curious about is how does a diet change from being on a cycle to a post cycle diet? while you're on a cycle it's high protein low carbs and fat but should you keep the same diet after the cycle?
 
I would suggest the in order to get max gains and do a proper first cycle, you do some research and answer these questions yourself. I would sign up on every message board on the net and read till you are blue in the face. Good luck bro.

I wouldn't keep your carbs too low while you're "on" bro. You'll get a little puffy, don't worry about it but you need those carbs to explode through your workouts. When you go off, try and lower you caloric intake and make it "cleaner" because you metab will slow some and you won't be lifting as much or as intense usually (although you should, it just seems harder : )
