Deca & D/bol

Hi Guys,

I have been reading through some of the posts on here for a week or so and spoke to a few of you on various threads.

I have been training for 4 years now and I plan do my first proper course. I plan to use Deca 200mg/e3d and to use D/bol 35mg per day. From the research I have done so far this seems like a good starting point.

I am looking to bulk up with my first 2 courses and then start a cutter.

I wondered if you could offer me some advise as to wether this is indeed a good course or if you would recommend extras to this or in fact a completly different approach.

Hey bro, i would always use some kind of test as a base of your course, like enanth, cypon, or sustanon. I would look into it more before you decide to start, read up on this board you will find all of your answers here. Good luck bro, it would be nice to see your stats too.

RESEARCH.....

but you probably won't so here is some advice:

Test should be the base of every stack...then build off of it, do not use deca with out test unless you want a limp dick.....

here would be a nice cycle for you

Test enanthate or cypionate 500 mgs a week for 10 weeks, mon and thur inj.
D-bol 35 mgs ever day weeks 1-5

I have been training for 4 years now and my stats are 6'1 / 196 / 10-12%

I want to do a course and so far have the following to start me off.

Week 1 400mg cyp / 200mg Deca (both split into 2 hits) / 35mg D/bol

Week 2-10 200mg cyp / 200mg Deca (both split into 2 hits) / 35 mg D/bol

This is my first cycle and want to get it right and not go overboard as I am not the largest guy in the gym (YET).

I know I need PCT but do not know enough to make a good judgement on what I need, any thoughts ??
