Deca dosed low wutb Trt

Ive been reading over lots of stuff regarding low dose deca and trt test.

What has been anyone results from this, in terms of strength, joint aid etc...
If used what would be a proper protocol..
100 to 200 deca per week ? Or spilt?

I use 100mg once a week with my trt dose, help with joints. Not sure I can say it’s helped me out on size but who knows.

Not sure about deca but daily npp 10mg which is 70mg a week (take in account the weight of the ester) will give you the nandrolone benefits of all the good things.

Same drug different ester people don’t take in account the duaration of action therefore find themselves not standing deca or seeing it as a harsher option.
Simple example if you do 50mg a week of deca it will just build up as it takes much longer than 7 days to clear out.
