First off, being a beginner with cycles. I have tried reading forums and all info I can find. I can honestly say, that for every pice of info you get on a cycle or streiod, you get an equal amount of info saying the exact opposite. It is very confusing.
My goal is, I have some size and higher bodyfat. I am 6'3" 275. big frame too. My initial question was what can I use to lose some bodyfat. "Clen" was the answer. then someone also suggested that if I wanted to tone the muscle a little more and lose bodyfat to do "Deca" at the same time. I read both and from forums it made sense to me. Get tonned (not nessarily size) and lose bodyfat. But, I find that a lot of vets seemed to get annoyed at newbies quesitons. so it's hard to find someone to give an answer to my question.
Which essentially is, I would like to lose bodyfat, Will "Clen" alone help me with this. how much can i expect to lose?
If I do Deca at the same time, will this tone my body a little more, without adding more size?
Any help will be appreciated on a cycle that will help me achieve this.
