good for the joints. I used to love deca, but at high doses it gives me acne and gyno ( small lump under rt nip ). But I used to love the pumps from it. I seem to get the same results from EQ w/o the sides. Might do a little deca on next cycle but at smaller doses. One more thing is back when I did deca alot I never took nolva or anti-e's. now I take nolva throughout............11

Deca in moderate dosages ie: 200-400mg a day is safe and effective.
If you are a beginner/ first time user you do not need much more.
Maybe a little dbol and a small amt of test would do wonders for you.
The small amt of test would keep the boys from disappering.
If you don't want to use test at all, run some hcg for a couple weeks in the middle of your cycle and for another two wks at the end.
This should work just fine for you.
Deca does have sides, but imo they are worth the gains made.
Some speculate that a little winny with it will keep some of the prolactin sides at bay making the cycle much more comfortable.

Are you asking about Sust or Deca? Have you looked up the information in the drug profiles yet and run a search on them?

#1 Your asking about two different things.

#2 Research your a*s off

#3 Sust250 is great as long as you inject every third or forth day to get the most out of it.

#4 Deca always gives my gyno so I quit using it. Great drug for gains though.
