I’ve gone through this thread and dug into info elsewhere, but still keen to get a clearer picture.
Like a lot of people, I’m mainly curious about low-dose Deca ( 50mg to start) for the joint relief aspect. I know NPP is the shorter, but Deca is what I have on hand.
For context: I’m currently sitting at 150mg test per week and will be waiting a few more weeks to do bloods, just to establish where that has me with the oil im using before adding anything else. The plan would then be to layer in 50mg Deca and see how I respond.
A couple of things I’d really appreciate feedback on from those who’ve run it this way:
At the 50–100mg range alongside a cruise/TRT dose, did you see anything show up in your bloods (lipids, prolactin, E2 balance, etc.)?
How long do you typically keep it in at these doses? Is this more of a “run for 12+ weeks and then reassess” type thing, or are some of you comfortable stretching it indefinitely if sides are minimal?
Not trying to overcomplicate it just interested in actual experiences around duration and lab shifts at the lower end.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can share.
