Deca for Joint Issues

it should skew your e2 reading if you get a non-sensitive test (roche-eclia or so), not an issue with a sensitive lc/ms e2 test of course.
The theory has been floated with deca. I have not seen proof of this. However I have had my tren show high e2 from bloodwork.

I need something to relieve the pain / ease the pain/pressure on my knees. Partially torn patellar tendons in both and a torn meniscus in my right to add to the fun.

Done Supartz Injections, which is a shot of lubricating fluid that is a synthetic version of the natural fluid your body normally creates in your joints, with minimal improvement, short-lived at that.

Been trying bone broth, as it’s supposedly / said to help with joint issues.

No surgery recommended by my Doc since they are all partial tears, but they are painful as fuck and highly limiting and debilitating. Supposed to start physical therapy soon, but I haven’t even called the PT place yet. No idea what they have planned / intend to do to help. Tore left on 6/1, right (tendon and meniscus) on 6/28 and they haven’t healed / improved much even after taking off 4 months from the gym, working out, sports, etc, and still avoiding any lower body lifts that put any pressure on the front of my knees, knee caps, the patellar tendons, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions? I was taking fish oil and ran Deca (ran out since I only had 1 vial when this happened) up until about a month ago.

Gh, bpc 157 and tb 500. GO TO PHYSIO FIRST. They are masters at repairing the body. They have a vast amount of education.
Thing is most will spend thousands on drugs but are too cheap to go to physio, lol

Yeah, I’ve been referred to ATI physical therapy. I just need to schedule my appt and check it out. I remember hating PT after my back surgeries, but I need to just suck it up and go.

Maybe your back and the way it makes your body move is the reason for you knees? You may need to give up lifting, maybe some circuit and cardio? Or chance being a cripple later on in life.

Just guessing, lol

I have found that different PT people are different. Some are good, some suck.

Very possible, although right now my knee problems are affecting my back and compounding my my issues with it to some degree.

But give up lifting? Can’t imagine. The 4 months I did were torture enough. I’m probably already gonna be a cripple later on in life, at least to some degree. Might as well look and feel as good as possible until then [emoji2371]

I didn't say give up, but modify your lifting to your body, so you don't have to live in pain all the time.

I have recently been using natural means to help my joints. Been taking 800mg curcumin ED for a week so far and the tendinitis in my knees is lessening so that's a good sign.

Don’t even know what that is.

Where can I find it and check it out? I need to figure out something and I’m open to trying almost anything if it could be beneficial.

15 minute drive home from the gym yesterday afternoon on side streets with lots of lights, my right leg was shaking and trembling by the time I got 2/3 of the way home and hurting like a bitch. No bueno.

I have. I do absolutely nothing that involves putting pressure on my knee caps / patellar tendons. No squats, deadlifts, cleans, leg extensions, hack squats, leg press, basketball, soccer, running, etc., but I can’t even bend down or kneel without being in extreme pain. Tapping my knee cap could practically make me crumble in agony. It’s ridiculous.

Tendinitis in your knees? What caused that? Were you doing squats on a smith machine or something??

Damn. Maybe prp injections?

I need to get some Deca. I’ve got plenty of most everything else but none of what would probably be the most beneficial compound for me right now.
Well if you don’t ill let you know, mine will be here on Tuesday and I’ll start at 150 mg a week for months.

Got proof or just bro science? Would be interesting to see someones bloods from trt and low dose deca. Guys like myself can't take the risk without documented proof or I would risk throwing up red flags on my next labs.

I'm honestly asking. I had heard primo was really the only thing you could run along with trt and it wouldn't effect anything. I'm interested in adding deca as I'm hard on my elbows and knees but would need feedback from someone in my situation and like to see labs.
