deca question

I started a cycle of Deca/Sust. Sunday night.I plan on doing 400mg of Deca and 300mg of Sust.My question is how often do I inject Deca?Would 5 days be sufficiant enough?Thanks Bros

first of all always run more test than deca so in your case 500 mgs per week test sus and 400 mgs per week deca - Also I believe in twice a week injections with deca and test - unless you run the sus at 750 like I do and then I inject three times with sus.

Take the deca twice a week and the sustanon 3 times a week.
It will keep your blood levels more even.

Deca 400mg/week
Sust 750mg/week

Bro, listen to your brothers. I don't like to always say more is better, but in this case you've got to up the test/sus. If you keep the Deca higher than the sus, you'll end up with dead dick syndrome. LOL (but not funny) Deca shuts down your natural test levels hard!

Nothing but excellent advice here. I had a buddy shoot 300 Deca/wk and Sus250/wk and his test levels shut down hard. He also didn't have a decent PCT and lost alot of his gains so make sure you know what you are doing there.

my 1st cycle was sust/deca and I got huge fast. enough that EVERYONE new what was up. But like the guys said always more test than deca. at least 500mg test to 400mg deca..........11
