Deca + Test E cycle.

Would a test e only cycle be efficient? All I've got though is 10 ampoules, 250 mg/ml each so that's 2500 mg.

Nope, you would need to stock up on 10 more for at least 5000mg for a test 500mg/wk cycle. U won't be able to use it all either cus some gets lost in the needle and amps

You are not prepared to run a cycle. You dont have enough gear. You don't have your pct, an AI or hcg. My guess is you don't even know what they are. Come back when you do.

I have a secret, most people don't utilize this right and I gaurantee its effectiveness. It is a simple concept and works every time. EAT MORE FOOD! AAS doesn't do shit if you don't eat food and it won't do absolutely anything for you ever unless you figure out how to put on some mass natty cause if you can't do that then your training and diet are shit which I'm sure they are sorry to be mean but it's true. I'm an inch shorter and was 25kg heavier then you are now before my first cycle and I still had tons of natty room to grow. you shouldn't even consider AAS until your around 185-190 naturally at your height. Not saying you'd have to be 190 at 4%bf but 190 at around 14% BF would be a good number. Otherwise your going to take this gear gain some water weight come off lose all the weight and be the same skinny non lifter that you were pre cycle but with the added bonus of side effects and pct fun. Eat lots and lift heavy repeat until desired results are reach simple as that.

This is probably the single biggest reason why guys new to ped"s feel they have bunk gear! Without a sound and balanced diet, progress will not come your way, I don't care how much gear a person runs.
