Deca, the starting cycle for people with joint issues?

After a few weeks of researching different PEDs, HRTs, and additionally hearing/reading personal experiences with this cycle, I have decided I would personally give it a try. I am not sure what would be a good starting dose for me, but to add more context I am a 5'7 overweight guy who weighs 168lbs and currently taking an antidepressant (Duloxetine Hydrochloride).
4 months ago I decided to join a gym to make my joints feel better with some movement, however, I am unable to properly leg day or even use the treadmill because of these worthless legs giving up on me so I might benefit from having a little more movement on my knees and other joints.

What do you guys think? Should the starting dose be less than the average? Do you have stories to share? I would love to read your responses!
Also, I don't go to doctors to do lab tests or blood work, I pretty much gave up on seeking help and I am willing to try this method of self-improvement!

Fix your weight problems with diet and exercise. Take a blood test of your hormonal panel. If low start trt with a doc. There is nothing magical about Nandrolone for joints other than higher masking action of the pain, once the drug is out pain is back.
Replace treadmill with static bicycle and after learning proper lifting technique incorporate some compound movements into the training regime in order to strengthen those joints and muscles.

Drugs are NOT the answer, just a tool

First of all, you should never be injecting any sort of drug or compound into your body without doing proper bloodwork to start. If you're in the US, I suggest looking at my thread in regards to this: Basic/Affordable/Comprehensive Bloodwork -- If you can't afford a basic panel, then you have no business spending money on AAS.

Secondly, are you talking about taking Deca on its own, or as part of a "TRT" protocol?

I'd also like to add that immediately hoping on Deca for issues with your joints is completely retarded in every single way. If you're seriously as fucked up as you're making it sound, there is a plethora of other compounds/peptides you can take that aren't AAS such as BPC-157, TB500, etc, or even something like HGH could be beneficial.

@narta also makes an excellent point: You should be focusing on your diet, form at the gym, overall health, etc. Nandrolone/Deca is only going to mask your issues, not actually fix them. As someone who's used Deca in the past (completely fucked knees and lower back from the military), it didn't even help all that much. Sure, I felt a little bit less pain, but nothing worth taking a compound with a litany of side-effects. Some people (not all), including myself, respond EXTREMELY poorly to Deca or any 19-nor for that matter. So are you willing to inject yourself with an AAS that has a super long half-life and a bunch of potential sides just for something a little ibuprofen could fix, or even better, some peptides?

TB500 and BPC157 is what needs to be used, def not deca. Take ownership of everything that goes in your mouth. And as mentioned, get on a stationary bike. Do cable exercises with good form. You have to get your body moving, your joints are pissed off because your asking them to do something.
Get the TB500 and BPC157, it should really help. Has helped my trashed knees and my 3 herniated disc's in low back a lot.
