If you have to pick between the two, I would advise deca.

Dbol belongs to the same group as test, it’s a testosterone analogue whereas deca is a 19nor.

Being that there are 3 types, testosterone analogues, 19nor and dht derivatives, ideally you would stack one of each at a moderate dose, so you can benefit of the advantages of each, while keeping side effects down

Best combo I can think of is test, nandrolone and anadrol.
