Deca vs NPP

Looking to hear some opinions and experiences on this.

I’ve had good results running lower doses of NPP (150 mg per week), but I haven’t noticed the joint pain relief that a lot of people talk about. I went with NPP originally because of its fast clearance, just in case I had any mental or sexual side effects—but after two rounds with no issues, I’m considering other options.

I’ve read that Deca might be better for joint relief. At 50, that extra help with joint pain would be a big plus.

What’s your take on this? Is there any real benefit to switching esters aside from the dosing schedule?

I like npp because I can use it for like 4-5 weeks if I want and I notice it very quickly as deca takes a week or two to start to work and even 3-4 weeks to fully peak imo

I like that as well. I tend to run faster clearance oils as I don't mind the extra pins and like the fact that if anything is going wrong you can abandon ship much more quickly.

For the doses you’re asking about I wouldn’t worry about which one you’re using. Whatever you have on hand. If you find you prefer nandrolone for tissue accrual. It’s more convenient to push higher MG’s with the long ester.

So let me ask the question differently, what ester and at what dose have you experienced a significant amount of joint relief? I like to train what I consider "hard" for my age and I feel it. Not wanting to "slow down" so thinking, is there options that others have found to be beneficial? For example, BPC, TB500 (frag), and HGH don't seem to help with the joint pain.

Great question, I really like nandrolone and get none of the sides from it. So i’ve ran it from 200-600. When ive used it specifically for joint support it was around 200. However, it’s an unfair comparison because I usually take tb500 and BPC concurrently as soon as my joints start hurting to a significant extent. I wish I could be of more help.

50mg deca is usually the dose people say gives them joint relief. Just take it all on Monday. If you want it to peak faster just take another 50mg dose the first week. If using NPP take 25mg 2x/week or 17mg 3x/week. Npp has a phenylpropionate ester, not propionate. It's similar to enanthate so you can pin it twice a week but there's many anecdotal reports of people saying they never experienced joint relief from NPP like they did with deca

currently 50-70mg Tren ace ed, is it fine to stack 50-70mg NPP or will we lactate
No one can answer that. We are all biologically different. For me, those two at those doses are no problem. Give it a run and have some caber or prami on hand just in case. My guess is that if you are fit and trained, likely not going to be an issue.
