Hi everybody,
As predictable, lately I have been planning/budgeting my 20wk bulk blast, and pretty predictably I keep changing my mind about it, so I am here for some input.
It all started when this summer, in my experimentation bender, I bought a couple vials of MENT ace, which I have been using at 4-5mg/day together with 100mg/wk testE as a sort of power cruise, and also because I wanted to see how i would react to MENT.
Goals are strength AND hypertrophy, I want to be a big strong, reasonably lean dude (12-14%), and I don't plan on competing any time soon, I love lifting. I have been through the classig 500test/wk and a 200/200/200 holy trinity summer run which was fabntastic until it wasn't (tren </3), tried Mtren, sdrol, adrol and var. My body hates adrol and sdrol, but eats var and inj mtren pretty well, also, I aromatize more than average, though not to an extreme.
Original bulk plan was to go for sth like:
140-210/wk MENT ace
100/wk test e
500+/wk EQ
Then I thought that being on adhd meds I don't need more RBC and blood pressure troubles, and MENT, as lovely as it has served me as a """cruise""" together with EQ could genereate a lot of complications and require a lot of ancillary heart medication to keep at bay, so that will be for whe my cardio gets better (WAY better).
Now I am thinking of going for something more tried and true and "mild" :
week 1-2:
900kcal/day protein fast at current those +1mg mtren/day to keep up work capacity.
[This is just to sensitize body to nutrients and sort of have a "crazy ritual" to laser in on the discipline and have a nice rebound when calories come back in, it's taken from Jamie Lewis' "Feast and Famine" diet, not claiming it's optimal, just that it's fun crazy shit that pushes me]
week 3-22
750-1000Test/wk
500-800Primo/wk
[mayyybe some low dose tren, like 50mg tren hex/wk for partitioning, but this being a high dose cycle I don't think the benefits would warrant exposure to it, dumb af but fun to entertain as a small overcomplication]

40mg/day telmisartan.
Ideally I'd go for 2 a days with a car pulling/strength endurance session for cardio, and intense weight room work at night, idelly 2-3 compound focused day and 2-3 very high volume days. I know it's not sustainable, and my frequency will fluctuate, but it's the idea.
I'd like some input on how this cycle aligns with the training, and maybe if I should swap out some primo for something else, like low dose eq. I admit I am pretty afraid of deca as its sides tend to be depressive, rather than tren's more manic mental issues, and I'd rather not help my brain be more brooding/apathetic.Any input is appreciated, even bringing MENT instead of some of the test, criticism is also apprecated, I am young and dumb so feel free.
