Gaining weight in a deficit on tren

In all honesty I really don’t care how long term or veteran a member is when they come at me sideways. Seniority is not a free pass to be a dick. There was nothing polite about his snarky remark about what the title should have been. You said he was right for calling me out… about what? The point that I already acknowledged in the body of my post? No, I haven’t had my teeth knocked out, but I have been humbled plenty of times across the 16 years I’ve spent training kickboxing and jiu jitsu along side some of the best fighters in the world. If you’re any good at math you should be able to figure out that makes me older than 15. Managed to keep my teeth through it all but shed plenty of blood on the mats, plenty of er visits, and even been on the operating table from it. Yeah I might be defensive, but I’m fine with that. I’m not fine with being disrespected though. That is a real snowflake. You can have humility without being expected to just sit back and take shots while someone tries to make you look stupid. You teach people how to treat you by what you allow from them BOY.
so you can fight cool story bro.

one thing you can't do is take a fkn hint. i even doubt you can count your calories and doubt your gaining tissue in your "defecit"

your stats, your replies, you have no idea whats going on and a fkn cheeky cunt also.

Cool story? I wouldn’t have even mentioned any of those details had someone else not acted like I was some little boy that never had his ass kicked. Lol man for not being able to count calories I sure have managed to reliably lose weight in the past. Must’ve been all luck. Doormat culture is strong in you guys. Like it’s some virtue to endure disrespect. Or is it that you guys just can’t stand to see a new member talk shit back to a senior member?

I've had a couple of my teeth knocked out... inevitable with combat sports and street fights. You forgot to mention "stitches," I'll bet you've had a lot of stitches, right?

You're absolutely right. No one should be coming at you "sideways." In fact, normally no one (anyone with knowledge & experience, like the veterans) would even respond to a newbie's thread. Maybe there's good reason for that? Maybe some newbies think they own the place, don't respect or appreciate the feedback? Maybe it's a pointless endeavor to help someone who isn't going to at least "consider" the info in good faith. Instead, talking trash, bragging on themselves.

You just re-affirmed why newbies shouldn't be given any regard.

Ok. Struck a nerve I see. Funny how that happens so predictably with bullshitters. You are too easy.

Listen man for those in the know willing to go out of their way to share info and tips I’m always deeply and genuinely appreciative, but some people like to be assholes. No, not a lot of stitches, but I did have my eyebrow sewn up after a street fight one time. If I come across as unappreciative, entitled, or like I’m bragging I truly think you have the wrong idea of me and if I came across that way it wasn’t my intention. Just not inclined to get shit on.

Na. We got the whole just of you. Not hard

I got a pretty good idea of you too. Talking about it being too easy for you to strike a nerve shows that you’re just a troll. Sitting on line pushing buttons and ruffling feathers to try to coax a reaction makes more of a negative statement about you than me reacting makes about myself.

According to calculator.net my body CURRENTLY needs 2,064 calories to maintain the weight I’m at right now. I’’ve been eating at maintenance or slightly below and creating a 500 calorie / day deficit through exercise. Usually elliptical work. By this method I’ve steadily dropped from 210lbs to 186.5, but since I added in tren ace @ 200 mg/wk on Thanksgiving the scale started moving in the opposite direction and I’m already back up to 191. I always weight myself in the morning on an empty stomach after I piss. Wondering if this could just be water or undigested food. I did play around with my gh doses and bump up to 6 units from 4 recently so maybe some retention there. After all the hard work and dedication I really don’t wanna go backwards or stalll. Any thoughts or advice?

Take a rolling 7 and 14 day average of your weight.

1,000 apologies your eliteness. I’m so sorry I angered you by not being more exhaustive and precise in titling my post. Thank you for pointing out what a fool I was to not acknowledge that I changed more than one variable, but was only asking about tren. I appreciate you driving home how dumb I am to not think it’s the growth hormone! oh wait… I did acknowledge that the GH could be the cause in the body of the post. Maybe that’s why I didn’t mention it in the title, because I already knew gh can cause water retention and could be the culprit of the weight gain, but was unsure if tren may have some mechanism of action I was unaware of that could also be causing me to gain weight in a deficit. On a serious note though, thanks for the input. Even if you did decide you wanted to be a B==D about it.
How odd for you to think I was "angered." LOL

Nor did I "drive home" that you were "dumb."

Stop being such a drama queen.

Oh, but thanks for sharing your martial arts background and "street fight." We are very properly intimidated now.

The internet is a funny place.

On the issue of "dumb," though, my 8 year old son asked my wife to cut the front of his hair off along the rim of the hat. She said no, of course, and told him that he would look like "Dumb and Dumber." He had no idea what that meant, so she pulled up a picture of the actors in the movie to show him. My 10 year old daughter looked over her shoulder and asked, "So neither of them can talk?"

"No," my wife answered, "dumb means not very smart."

"Daddy says it means someone can't talk," my daughter responded.

LOL. I guess I will have to talk to her about how language changes over time when enough ignorant persons misuse a word commonly enough to add to the meanings or change it entirely. Now, of course, it is offensive to apply it to a person who is unable to speak, because of this modern connotation of lacking intelligence.

Uhhhhhhhhh no.

when you're in a caloric deficit, your body is in a state where it’s burning more calories than it consumes, which typically results in fat loss over time. However, muscle gain while in a deficit is still possible. Even in a deficit, the body can use fat as an energy source while simultaneously building muscle, albeit at a much slower rate than if you were in a caloric surplus.

"the basic laws of matter and energy", which are true in that muscle gain requires energy and resources. However, the law of conservation of energy does not mean you cannot gain muscle in a deficit. What it means is that you can still use the energy available (from fat stores) and, under the right conditions (such as resistance training, protein intake and drugs), build muscle while losing fat.
I agree. I used some Tren on a cut a little while back and my chest 100% grew clearly not water retention. You be the judge IMG_7919.webp

Anybody pointing out their

In my experience, anyone pointing out their "fighting" experience in this manner, is a liar. Your arrogance is unnecessary, relax my guy. You prolly have zero time in the anything. Watching UFC doesn't count.
