Decided on cycle, Test, EQ, D-bol

After about 6 months of research i finally decided that I will run for my first cycle and got all of it today :D Let me know what you guys think of it.

BTW my stats are : 20yrs old, 192 lbs. 9% bodyfat, (guessing) lifting for 7.5 years, done a few cycles of PH before, such as mag10 and 1 test. Also with one of the mag10 cycles, I used humalog at 4IU after every workout. Have also used cytomel and clen before with 1AD for a cutting cycle.

My goals of this cycle are for the first half to build up mass while keeping bodyfat reasonably low, then to cut durinig the last 4-6 weeks, and get down to 4-5%bodyfat or so. Hopefully will end up at least 215.

Weeks 1-10: 400mg/week EQ
Weeks 1-6: 300 or 400? mg/week Test Prop.
Weeks 1-4: 30mg/ED Dbol
Weeks 1-3 and 7-9: will work my way up to 10IU humalog post workout only.
Weeks 1-12: 50mg/ED proviron
Weeks 1-15: 10-20mg/ED Nolva
Weeks 10-13: 1000IU HCG every 5th day
Weeks 9-12: cytomel and clen

I may run the test prop for 12 weeks, will take things as they go depending on if I get side effects or not. Also thinking about throwing some tren in there weeks 6-12 at 75mg/EOD.

Had a few questions too
Will the ancillaries I am running be enough?
For hair loss, I have some spiro, and rogaine, but not sure of the best way to use them, any suggestions?
For acne, I have some azelaic acid that I will apply 2x daily, also will be using emu oil, along with antibacterial soap ED.

First off bro, this is not a flame, just my opinion, that said...First, your 192 pounds, around 9% bodyfat...and at the end of one cycle, you expect 23 pounds of muscle and 4-5% bodyfat...that just isn't possible. Here is a more reasonable idea...you could, granted diet and training are perfect, gain some weight, but trying to drop to 4-5% bodyfat is going to hamper that drastically. Bro, at 9% you should be pretty cut...dropping bf% to 8, or 7 would make you ripped...unless your doing a show, then I completely understand wanting to get that low. My advice is try to stay the bf% you are right now, and focus on gaining quality size first(it is really difficult to cut and bulk at the same time). Second, I would make the cycle alot more simple...bump your test up to 600mg's for 10 weeks, eq looks good, dbol looks good, and hcg looks good. Only take the nolva if you need it. Save the proviron, clen, cytomel for your next cutter cycle. Hope this helps, good luck.

I have been thinking of upping the test-want to get as much out of this cycle as I can due to the fact I am joining the service early next year and this will probably be the only cycle I will have time to fit in before then..well maybe one more :D As far as the test prop goes, would you say it makes a big difference whether I shoot it ED or EOD? Thanks bro

Whats up bro,

I too am heading back into service this november/december and plan on firing up one more cycle before I leave. The guys are right...you have too many drugs in there for a beginer. Also.....when you go to MEPS and when you get to boot, they are going to be drawing lots of blood. Any questionable levels in there may raise a red flag or postpone your entry into boot. Now I dont know what month you are leaving in and im not sure how long EQ stays in the system (u might wanna check on that), but if its gonna be close, I wouldnt bother using EQ....why take that chance. I made sure to include compounds in my next one that are well out of my system before I get to MCRD. Im using Test Prop, Tren Ace, and dbol. Keep it simple bro! Good luck.

first of all i agree with the recomendations big trav makes

but coming from someone who was in your shoes 15 years ago
i say it is primarily a waste .

you will look good after this cycle
then you will go to boot camp and a tech school of some sort
and for a minimum of 4 months you will be
fed 60 grams of protien a day

run every morning until you are in a catobolic state
overtrain your chest and tris and abs with PT.
and not see the inside of a gym the whole time

people who go to boot camp in GREAT shape leave worse then they got there ALWAYS

the only ones to improve are the playstation/dorito junkies

that is why u get as big as possible before leaving :D

yes... I was in the army from 89 - 94
some of the best and worste times/memories in my life
wouldnt trade the experience for anything nor would i want to do it again for anything
