How are yall feeling about stack EQ and NPP? That seems like it would be a synergistic combination to me. But like it would also turn your blood to sludge and but you blood pressure at 235/159. Anyone experiment with this? I’m trying to plan out a late summer bulk to build up for a show later this year. Maybe just sticking with test/EQ and possibly kickstart it with anadrol? I’m trying to not just buy a bunch of stuff blindly that I may or may not use but still be prepared for later down the road lol

Few weeks into Test/EQ/Deca, and it’s treating me pretty good so far. We’ll see what the CBC looks like in a couple more weeks, but BP is staying reasonable, especially considering there’s pre-workout anadrol in the stack too.

Pentoxifylline 400mg 2 to 3 times daily.

Glutathione most focus on liver, but it plays here as well.

Water Lots of water, no need to mention but hydration alone plays the largest role.

Cardio needs no mention.

Maintaining a healthy E2 balance. Don't sleep on this.

No kidney problems at all like this.

EQ is not directly nephrotoxic, Its risk is hemodynamic and viscosity based. (Thick blood) Don't allow sludge blood.

So it's not always spoken out loud but tadalafil has some really great secondary benefits. This is an interesting one because it, improves endothelial nitric oxide signaling.

Enhancing renal blood flow and reduces vascular stiffness.

It also has mild antifibrotic signaling via NO pathways....not a primary protection, but vascular supportive. Which translates into renal function.

5mg daily as many individuals do take improved these benefits. I just personally take 20mg occasionally 40mg. But I don't suffer any negatives with the exception of mild sinus congestion occasionally. With that it remains in the system with longevity, so if you miss dosing it's no concern, pick up where you left off.

Very helpful thank you. I’ve been on 5 mg for a long time but seems most vendors stock 20 mg caps / tabs. I did some digging and couldn’t find any “data” supporting more than 5 mg daily use other than for pulm hypertension and other indications.

I'll second the 20mg of tadalafil. I've been running 20mgs daily (sometimes 30mg because I have a prescription for 10mg) for atleast 2-3 years now with no issues at all.

There's no excuse for it its not hard to just say that you need to cancel. Ordering from D has been a smooth seamless experience and the gear speaks for itself. Id hate to get blacklisted from a source like this but imo disrespectful pieces of shit don't deserve the quality of this gear. Sorry not sorry to be that person lol

The new website will get rid of this scenario fortunately. It's going to be first person to place the order and pay will get the product(s).

Recent TD from the man D. Everything perfect as always. That mig812 Tren has me wanting to do an Ike Turner on this health phase I’m on but I will show restraint for now. I know we can’t tell much by looking at a compound but this Tren just looks really nice / clean. I’ve certainly had some Tren ace that looked like it just got drained out of an old Plymouth. No longer! Thanks D
