That was my understanding. The significance of the 8 mg dosage I believe is where the linear dose-response relationship starts to level off. So up to and including 8 mg you get more and more benefit with each successive dosage in a linear fashion, but over 8 mg the incremental benefit wanes a bit, but still increases. The recent published trial went up to 12 mg which i can’t imagine taking. But I’ve seen more than a few users do that much and be fine with it.The glucagon receptor agonism really kicks in at 4mg, I was just listening to something about Reta yesterday. Any dose of Reta is gonna hit the glucagon receptor but 4mg is where significant glucagon activity kicks in. Whether it kicks in harder at 8mg or not I don't know
Just to steer things back to something D related, since it is his thread... This new TNE in mig812 is really very nice. Super smooth with no pip. May bump it up to 100 mg next leg day. Only thing I can compare it to is injectable Anadrol. I find the TNE gives me better pumps without the crash / lethargy. And about the same strength increase. And saves the HDL / liver. Only thing is tho I never ran the Anadrol several days in a row. I do suspect that it would give a more pronounced effect if used regularly but I’m trying to avoid that.
One day I will stack the TNE with the Anadrol….
