Depends on the concentration and quality of your gear. I have used delt shots alot in the past but I would suggest a injection on a friday with the weekend off and see whether you gear causes that soreness. I used test/deca in my delt once and had to miss sever days of upper body workouts due to the soreness and knot that formed. Usually sust 250mg & deca 200-400mg 1 cc of each would be fine on a larger guy but if not then inject each delt with a 1 cc mix. Pup

I'd say it depends on your personal tollerances (sp?) and the size of your delts.

I use delts every cycle and never had too bad of a problem. I try to limit it to 2 or 2.5 cc's on any one shot.

The basic answer is that everyone's body is different, so you'll kind of have to experiment and figure out what works best for you.

Just becareful, it is a smaller muscle and it is easy to screw up a delt shot. Dont go in more than 1/2 inch if you have small delts, 3/4 to 1" max with large delts. Makes sure you know exactly where to shoot in too.

VERY good advice to adhere to. I know a guy who ended up in ER because he
stuck a 1" in and shot 2 ccs. Word of the wise, be careful and make sure you
know what you're doing when it comes to deltoids and other small muscle groups.

I myself stick with the glutes and quads. Never had an abcess or any problem.

i did both in the delts. a little annoying pain when sleeping like if u sleep on your sides.. but after 3-4 shots terhe doesnt hurt at all. id recommend it.

A buddy of mine use to shot the old Sus Redijects in his delts. He was one sick F**ker. 1 1/2 inch and I think they were 20gauge.

same here, but mine can take up to 2.5cc without any problems.

I love doing delt injections..... I have done Sust, DEca, tren, and winny in the delt... Oh and now I am runing primo in the delts too.. THE primo hurts me so much... for an hour I cannot raise my arm, the sust. did not hurt too much, I ran 1cc of that every three days.. Tren did not hurt at all. I can usually take 3cc at a time in the delt... you will notice a lump in your delt post injection, but it goes away.. just dont go right to the gym after injecting and you may not want to train shoulders on the same day as your spot injection, I did once and was pretty fucking sore..

Delt injects are the best. I did it with sust and eq... very little pain. I used 22g 1" pins, but cut the plastic cap in half to make sure i didn't go in too far. as for where to inject, there are plenty of pictures online that you can use. one is on anabolireview.com, but all i do is use my finger. if i can push the muscle in enough, then i inject there... pretty simple. D

I have less soreness and initial discomfort in the delts than I do with the glutes. And I am Talking The Ultimate in Painful Gear ! BM Testen 250.. now with real isopropanol....

....that shit doesn't qualify as human grade in my book. Hell, I wouldn't shoot a lame donkey with Testen, I'd feel too sorry for the broken SOB.

btw: 1" 22g 2cc and I have smaller delts. I mixed in a cc of Dubol with each cc of testen near the end and it was more tolerable. Two days of soreness rather than 5.

all of my bulking cycles go in the delts I put 2 1/2 cc in one delt at a time and have never had a prob. 1 1/2 cc sust and 1 cc deca 300 alittle sore but nothing that bad
