Tomorrow is my next shot (7th) ..... but i wanted to give my quads a break........... i know delts got alot of bad rap on these boards for various reasons........ this is an asumption and i could be wrong..., but legs have better absorbsion rates because of more blood flow then delts.... but for a bodybuilder who is always using the shoulders for one thing or another should be great blood flow to the area..... does any1 use delts on a daily basis and have good results.......... or did some1 try the delt and go back to the quad.................
